On the ground floor is the very comfortable and spacious living room with fireplace. Following on from the living room is the dining room with large dining table. Besides the living room is a luxurious kitchen, spacious and modern furnished and equipped with all appliances, such as 5 burner gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge. Besides the kitchen is on the ground floor a study room with a stylish classic wooden desk. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. Both lounge, kitchen and study room offer direct access to the (middle) balcony.

The four bedrooms are located on the (second) upper floor. The master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed (160x200), fireplace, ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and shower and a beautiful wood-paneled finished walk-in closet and a private balcony. The three remaining bedrooms all have double beds (140x200). 2 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. The bedroom without bathroom uses the bathroom on the same floor with bath, toilet and shower. All bedrooms have access to the (upper) balcony.

Very nice for guests is the spacious and luxurious apartment located in the lower floor with a private living room, kitchen, master bedroom with double bed (160x200), bathroom, sink, toilet and shower. This apartment has a private entrance and is, like the entire house, very high quality and stylish.

Outside

The villa is situated in an upmarket residential area just 5 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is oriented to the west and enjoying the sun in the morning on the terrace. The private pool 13 x 4 meters is in the length of the villa and is accessed via a staircase from the middle terrace as well as directly from the lower apartment. On the terraces and balconies are include some couches and a large dining table.

Tips

Because the villa is positioned on a hill, you can enjoy the magnificent views over the Mediterranean Sea. The beaches of Cannes, Juan-les-Pins and Golfe-Juan are nearby, as well as an abundance of restaurants. Nice airport is a 30 minutes drive away. In Antibes (10 minutes), there is a large water park Marineland. You can also sail on one of the many boats departing from Cannes in the old port to the Lerin Islands (visible from the villa.) Boats also sail from Cannes to St. Tropez - more relaxing than driving.

Children are welcome in this house, however, the house has little or no facilities for children.
