Very luxurious and spacious villa with private pool in the exclusive Domaine Séguret in Les Adrets. The villa was built in Neo Provencal style with oriented on South / West with a large, partially covered terrace of approximately 200 m2. Beautiful panoramic views over the Provencal hills, over the Bay of Cannes and the l'Esterel Mountains. Comfort and luxury are the keywords for this villa which is also fully air conditioned. This villa can accommodate 8 people.

Within

The villa is characterized by space (380m2) and luxury. The living room is decorated in a mix of modern and classic. With comfortable seating, satellite TV, wireless Internet and a CD player. Apart from the normal seating area, there is also a so called TV lounge area with a focus on the LCD TV and DVD. Following on from the living room is the modern kitchen with dining table for 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped, 5 hobs, microwave, oven / grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. Here again LCD TV screen present. Both the living room and the kitchen give access to the terrace.

There are 4 bedrooms. In the extension of the living room is the spacious master bedroom. This bedroom has a new adjustable box spring, bed (2x90x200). A luxurious en-suite bathroom, walk-in rain shower and double sinks. There is an LCD TV and a DVD player. From this room you walk straight onto the terrace and the pool through the large sliding doors.
The other 3 bedrooms are one level below. All 3 bedrooms have a deluxe double bed (box spring) with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and excellent closet space. All bedrooms are spacious and bright and they all offer amazing views over the hills and to the sea.
The villa is characterized by the use of luxurious materials and a choice of quality.

Outside

The villa is situated on an large property (2400 m2) which gives direct access to walking trails in the l'Esterel Mountains. From the living room and the kitchen you walk straight out to the natural stone tiled terrace (200m2). Lovely view over the Esterel mountains and the bay of Cannes. Both on the terrace or in the pool you can enjoy complete privacy. Part of the terrace is covered and provides a large dining table for 8 persons. An ideal place to relax in the shade. BBQ (Weber) is present. Also on the outdoor terrace; a lounge set with two sofas and four chairs.

The private pool (9x5 m) is soaking up the sun and from the pool you have a beautiful view. 4 luxury sun loungers. Wifi also works on the terrace.

Note: The Google Maps location indicates the location of the villa exactly. But since the house was newly built, the villa itself is not visible on Google Maps yet.

Tips

The convenient location will also allow you to enjoy Cannes and the surroundings in the evening.
Going out is no problem because of the location. Even though you enjoy a quiet stay in the green hills.

Note: The big supermarkets are available at a 20 minutes drive. In Les Adrets itself are a small supermarket and two bakeries.

Children are most welcome, however, at present there are only few facilities for children.
