Comfortable villa with private hot tub / Jacuzzi, with lovely views over the Mediterranean sea and the hills on the other side of the bay. The villa is located in Théoule sur Mer, a short distance from the beachand the harbor, with beautiful hiking areas in the Esterel Mountains. The decor is a mix of modern and classic. This villa can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Within
The cozy living room offers a wide view over the Mediterranean Sea and has a comfortable lounge and large dining table. Flat screen television (with Dutch channels), DVD player, iPod dock and internet. The kitchen offers modern comforts, including a microwaveand a Nespresso machine. Also present is a dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms have sea views. The master bedroom has a 2 bed (180x200) The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200) from which 1 bed can be transformed into a comfortable 2 bed and therefore this bedroom offers space for up to 3 people. This second bedroom can also be provided with a cot (instead of a single bed). The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet.
Outside
The villa has a covered patio with a lovely seating area. There is also a large dining table with umbrella. The terrace offers both shade, sun and great views! The villa does not have a pool but has a private outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. There is also an outdoor shower. There is no parking on site, but the street offers plenty of room for parking.
Tips
The villa is just a minutes drive from the beach and also just 20 minutes from Cannes. Théoule sur Mer has a good range of shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of the villa, there are several restaurants and a supermarket with fresh bread daily. The traditional market in Théoule sur Mer is on every Friday.
