There is a spacious living room with on one side a panoramic view over the Bay of Cannes and the Mediterranean. Present in the living room are a sitting area, fireplace, DVD player, radio / CD player and TV. Following on from the living room is the fully equipped kitchen where again there is a large sea view. The kitchen itself has all amenities including four hot plates, microwave, oven / grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker.

There are 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower) is located at the level of the living room and kitchen and has a double bed (180x200). This bedroom has a private terrace and is the only air conditioned bedroom. The other three bedrooms are a level down. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200) with underneath a sofa bed (90x200). The bedroom has a private bathroom (bath / shower). In the second bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) is a double bed (180x200). The third bedroom (also with an en-suite bathroom) has a double bed (180x200) A total of 10 full-size beds (4x2 2x1) for adults and 2 cots. The lower three bedrooms with double doors to the terrace which is also accessible via a staircase from the covered terrace by the pool.

Outside

The spacious architect-designed garden around the house gives everyone plenty of opportunity for leisure and play. Besides the private swimming pool with overflow is the sun terrace with comfortable lounge chairs and lounge corner. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet.
From the lounge you can enjoy over almost the entire width of the living room of a very beautiful view over the Bay of Cannes and the Alps behind. The garden doors connect the living with the covered terrace. Under the canopy is an ideal dining table for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the shade. All bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs open onto a terrace with garden furniture.
Unique to this villa is the private golf course.

Tips

This villa can be combined with Villa Casanis (VillaSud No, 382), also accessible via a staircase from the lower garden. This combination makes the villa suited for 16 people. This villa is only available in July and August.

Children are most welcome in this villa. Highchairs and cots are available. The flat lawn as well as the lower situated golf course offers enough space for games and recreation.
