Luxury apartment with panoramic sea views, situated in the port of Cogolin, close to St Tropez. The apartment is stylishly furnished and characterized by the use of luxurious materials and fabrics. Behind the building is a communal pool. This apartment is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.

The apartment consists of 3 levels. The living / dining room which is situated on the 2nd layer offers a full view on 2 sides of the room (photo No. 3 St Tropez and Port of Gogolin No photo 7). In the lounge there is an LCD TV, Hifi system. ADSL / WIFI connection. Compact kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 toilets. At the level of the entrance are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a (foldable) bunkbed and is therefore only suitable for children. The 2nd bedroom (2 bed 160x200) has an ensuite shower / bathroom. The 3rd bedroom (2 bed 160x200) is on the 3rd level. This bedroom with ensuite shower / bathroom provides access to a private balcony with two comfortable chairs. The bedroom offers a broad view of the harbor as well as the hinterland of Cogolin often with a spectacular sunset. Both 2 beds characterized by use of a luxurious bed linens and fabrics. (related to the number of steps, this apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years)

Outside

This apartment is part of a small luxury apartment building located in a secured domain. Because the entrance (see photo No. 8)is on a separate level of the apartment it looks like the appartment is a terraced house. There are 2 balconies on the front of the apartment, 1 on the seaward side and 1 on the side of the marina. The secured parking lot is located a short distance from the apartment and has enough space to park.

Tips

Its central location in the port of Cogolin makes this apartment a feast for lovers of marine life. It is also possible to rent a boa ton the spot.The combination of the beach within walking distance and the proximity of St Tropez makes this apartment a special place in the supply of VillaSud.

Unfortunately, in this appartment children under 6 are not permitted.
The appartment itself has little or no facilities for children.

A common monitored pool, jeu de boules and a tennis court are present at the Residence.
