New: Very large and beautifully newly refurbished luxury villa in Provençal style in Le Muy. Panoramic views over the Provençal hills. Quietly situated on the hillside in a residential area, just 20 minutes away from Sainte Maxime. 10.000m2 site with 100% privacy. This villa can accommodate up to 14 people.

Within

The villa is very spacious. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with lounge area and a large kitchen with a dining table large enough for all 14 guests! The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, a microwave and a dishwasher) On the ground floor are two flat screen TVs available. 1 in the lounge area in the living room and one in the kitchen. Washer and dryer are also provided.

The villa has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms on garden level (below the livingroom), 3 on the first floor and a bedroom on the living room level. All bedrooms have double beds and have plenty of closet space and air conditioning. There are 3 rooms with double bed (180x200) with en-suite bathrooms. (Toilet and shower or bath and shower). There are three bedrooms with two single beds (2x90x200). Especially for kids there's a bedroom with children's furniture (table and chairs) and a bunk bed. (2x80x200). Also present are three cots for the little ones. There is also a games room on this floor. With a table tennis table, TV with DVD and children's DVDs.

Villa Varrayon is located next to its sister villa Le Bastidou (No. 340 with VillaSud). This makes a stay possible with up to 26 people!

Outside

The beautiful, newly built family villa is situated on a large plot of 10.000m2 enabling total privacy. Both from the living room and from the kitchen there is access to a covered terrace! Under the covered terrace on the side of the living room are two large dining tables that together account for 14 seats.
The private pool (12 x 6 m) is situated higher and easily accessible via a staircase from the terrace. Due to the higher position of the terrace by the pool you get even more beautiful views over the Provençal hills from here!

The pool is equipped with a electric shutter and access to the pool can be closed for children by a gate. On the sun terrace beside the pool are 10 beds.

The garden is architectured and built with grass, trees and typical Provençal plants such as rosemary and lavender. The garden was recently constructed and therefore not shown on the photographs taken by VillaSud. At the villa there is plenty of parking for several cars.

Tips

St Maxime is known for its beautiful beaches. You can reach it in 20 minutes. St. Tropez is on a one hour drive, but in the summer it is better reached by boat from the port of St. Maxime. The Gorges du Verdon can be reached in 1 hour. In the immediate vicinity are extensive vineyards and woodlands. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the golf course of St Endréol , Roquebrune and St Maxime.
You are on the highway within 10 minutes. Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Aix en Provence are therefore easily accessible. The airport of Nice is within an hour drive.

Kids are more than welcome in this villa. There is a special bedroom for the kids with bunk beds and children's furniture. There is a games room with table tennis, TV DVD and children's DVDs.
