The living room has an original beamed ceiling and is spacious (52m2). Beautiful interior with comfortable sofa. The kitchen is luxuriously furnished including a granite dining table and all modern appliances. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a large double bed (1.80x2.00m) and a luxury bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A short staircase leads up to an open loft. Here are two more bedrooms, both with a double bed (1.60x2.00m). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower and toilet. Washer and dryer are available.

Outside

Superb overflow pool of 9 x 5 meters with tiles of original Briard enamel and electrical cover. On the sun terrace are several teak chaise longues and you can snuggle under the pergola read in an entourage of palm trees. There is also a covered terrace, the summer dining. The stone BBQ is actually a griddle. The garden is 2300m2 in size and beautifully landscaped with palm trees, olive trees, Mediterranean / tropical plants and flowers. The location of the villa is such that, throughout the day the sun can be enjoyed. The villa is protected by an alarm system. Also, the site is fully closed. Garage available.

Tips

The google maps site does not give the exact location but the village of San Peire.

Children are most welcome in the villa. Though there are only few children facilities.

Fun is the jeu de boules court.
