New: Detached Provençal villa with private pool in Les Issambres. Quietly situated in residential area, just 6 minutes from downtown and the beaches. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the hills and the Bay of St. Tropez. The villa can accommodate 8 adults and 1 baby.

Within

In the cozy living room are nice couches around the fireplace and luxurious Bang & Olufsen TV. On the other side of the living is a light beech dining table with 6 matching chairs. There are 2 high chairs available. The cuisine is traditional in design but fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave and large refrigerator. The kitchen is also accessible from level living room and through a separate entrance from the terrace. From the living room you can go through double garden doors to the partially covered terrace overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean Sea.

On the level ground floor are two bedrooms, both with a double bed (160x200). And excellent closet space with sliding doors to the balcony. From the balcony, beautiful sea views on the Gulf of St. Tropez. Both bedrooms share a fresh bathroom (shower over bath).

The other two, also spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160x200), bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200). Also with doors to the balcony with lovely views over the Gulf of St. Tropez. Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom (shower). On this floor there is is also a fully equipped nursery with baby cot and changing table (90x150).

Outside

From the living room there are doors opening to the sunny terrace, which offers stunning sea views. On the terrace is a large dining table seating 8. There is also a nice sitting area on the pool house, above the pool, which offers the particularly beautiful view on the villa, pool and the surrounding area. The terrace outside the dining table is partially covered and optional umbrellas provide extra shade. Weber barbeque present.

The new swimming pool (10x4 meters, with a shallow end) is on the garden level and is accessible through the garden or the terrace of the living. The stairs to the pool can be closed with a gate. On the terrace surrounding the pool are enough chairs. There is a parking available for three cars.
Behind the villa is a large tree garden, in short, enough room for everyone to play and recreate. For the kids there is a swing, slide and table football.

Tips

In the surroundings you find beautiful walks in the Massif des Maures, a large nature reserve. For a game of tennis with sea views, visit the tennis court of Les Issambres. A nice idea is to take the boat from Les Issambres to visit the market in Saint Tropez. Just north of Les Issambres is Roquebrune, a picturesque village with city gates and cozy narrow streets between old houses and galleries.

To enjoy eating out there is no need to drive. In San Peire are several good restaurants. Favourite "Le Provencal / Les Muriers" with its splendid terrace under the plane trees. Or dine on the terrace of the brasserie of the hotel! Cap mail gives you a beautiful sea view while eating fresh seafood.

Children are more than welcome in this house,. There are toys and children DVDs available. There is also a swing, a slide and table football.
