This luxury detached villa is situated in the exclusive private domain of Beauvallon Bartole within walking distance from the beach (5 minutes), near the charming town of Ste Maxime. It is a five minute boat trip from Hotel de Beauvallon to St. Tropez. This large villa with a partial sea view is on grounds of 2900 m² with a lot of privacy and sleeps up to 11 people. This is truly a top location: the renowned golf course of Beauvallon is only a 5 minute drive away. Most suitable for golfers.

This villa has been completely renovated and very tastefully refurbished in the Californian “shabby chic” style, which goes well with the location of the house; sun sea and St. Tropez.

This luxuriously furnished villa (160 m²) exists of a very comfortably furnished living with fire place and with TV (satellite), DVD, Hifi and internet. In the large dining kitchen is a large dining table seating 10 people. The large, modern luxury open plan kitchen has all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine and dryer. There is also a wine cellar and a safe in the villa. Separate toilet.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and all with their own bathroom and toilet. These rooms have a total of 11 beds, 3 doubles beds (1x 1,80 x 1,90 m and 2 x 1,60 x 1,90m) and 5 single beds (5x 0,90 x 1,90 m).

Outside

This villa with view of St. Tropez and of the sea is facing the south and is built on large grounds (2900 m²). Beautifully landscaped, very well kept garden with a large (heated) secured private swimming pool. There are several lovely terraces, 2 of which are in the shade. Here you can sit outside out of the sun and enjoy a fine meal. There is private parking available. Distance to the beach is 400 m.

Tips

Ste Maxime with its many restaurants, charming sea fronts and beaches is only 3 km. away. The beach is within walking distance (5 minutes) and the nearest 18-holes golf course of Beauvallon is a 5 minute drive. From the Hotel de Beauvallon it will only take you 5 minutes by boat to reach St. Tropez.

You can enjoy a lovely meal at the hotel Beauvallon, and the Beach restaurant of Beauvallon does an excellent lunch. If you do not want such an extensive meal, you should go to the restaurant by the golf course.
