Luxury villa with private pool located within walking distance of Sainte Maxime. The villa is dated from the Belle Epoque period, characterized by original features from this period such as high ceilings and mosaic floors. The villa can accommodate 6 people.
Within
In addition to the original features of the house it is decorated with matching luxury furniture, large chandeliers and stylish ornaments that provide a luxurious style and comfortable experience. You enter through the hall which provides access to the stairwell, the TV room, living room and dining room. Both the TV room (LCD TV) and living room are equipped with comfortable furniture. The living and dining room offers access through sliding doors to the terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez and the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, refrigerator (2nd in the basement), 4 burner gas stove, dishwasher. Beyond the kitchen is the lounge TV room with a large comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV (satellite channels but not Dutch).
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and have a bathroom. The master bedroom (bed of 200x200cm) has an ensuite bathroom with (rain) shower, sink and toilet. The second and third bedroom have a double bed (200x200cm) and a bathroom with shower. Toilet in the hallway upstairs and downstairs. No air conditioning available, but fans.
Outside
The pool is surrounded by a teak deck with lounge chairs. The terrace which is accessible through the dining room and living room can be covered (by a remote control) and in this way offers a pleasant place in the shade. The site is fully fenced and has an electric gate. The garden which is made with architecture is also shaded by the presence of some old Pin Sunshades trees.
At only 80 meters from the villa is the beach (stones) easily accessible by a path through the backyard. The sandy beaches of Sainte Maxime is located just minutes away from the villa.

Unique to this villa is that it is within walking distance of the combination of the village of Sainte Maxime and close proximity to the beach.
