Very modern and luxurious detached villa. Located in the exclusive private domain of Beauvallon Bartole within walking distance of the beach (five minutes), nearby the city of Ste Maxime. The villa is situated on spacious private grounds and facing south, overlooking St. Tropez and the Mediterranean. This very exclusive villa can accommodate 11 people.

The modern, fully under architecture, built villa (2010) is one of international stature. Space, luxury, original design and exclusive materials characterize this special villa. This villa belongs to the high-end villa’s on the Cote d'Azur.

You enter the villa through the entrance which passes into the open kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and modern and equipped with all appliances. Very special is the very large round table with 11 chairs. The spacious living room is located on the first floor and features beautiful designer chairs. A large LCD TV and a sound system are not lacking. Internet available. Large fully portable folding doors provide a seamless transition from living in terrace and vice versa. The terrace is covered and has luxury designer seats. At this level is also the very skillfully built private pool (14x 4 m).

There are five luxury bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet and designer wardrobes. On the ground floor are two bedrooms. Both rooms have a double bed (180x200). On the first floor (level of the living) is the master bedroom. Space and exclusivity feature this very nice bedroom with double bed (180x200). Bedroom 4 and 5 also determine the specific nature of this villa. Bedroom 4 is located under the terrace of the pool and has a separate entrance from the garden. The bedroom can accommodate 3 persons. There are three single beds (3x90x200). Very nice for older kids. The fifth and last room is about 15 meters away from the main house into a separate luxury studio (formerly a shipping container). The bedroom has a double bed (160x200). This bedroom also has air conditioning and a private bathroom (with outdoor shower) and toilet.

Outside

The villa is situated on a large private property (approx. 2500m2). The garden is flat with grass and fruit trees. 3 bedrooms have direct access through sliding doors to the enclosed garden. There are several terraces, there is a terrace with large dining table in the extension of the kitchen. On either side of the living room on the first floor are two terraces both with luxurious garden furniture and/or sun beds. There also is a terrace that can be reached only by swimming. The heated swimming pool (14x4 meters) is located on the first floor, adjacent to the terrace from the living room. Starting from the living room terrace and the pool there is a beautiful sea view. There are plenty of loungers and a BBQ available.

Tips

Ste Maxime with its many restaurants, charming sea fronts and beaches is only 3 km. away. The beach is within walking distance (5 minutes) and the nearest 18-holes golf course of Beauvallon is a 5 minute drive. From the Hotel de Beauvallon it will only take you 5 minutes by boat to reach St. Tropez. You can enjoy a lovely meal at the hotel Beauvallon, and the Beach restaurant of Beauvallon does an excellent lunch. If you do not want such an extensive meal, you can also try to visit the restaurant by the golf course.

Children are welcome in this house, however, we do not yet have all the details on this house.
