You enter the villa into a spacious hall which opens into a spacious dining room left and living room right. In the dining room you will find some fine design furniture . A dining table with 6 chairs and 2 (Charles and Ray Eames) lounge chairs. In this room there is also the TV. From the dining room , there is direct access to the terrace. On the other side of the hall (opposite of the dining room) is the south facing living with impressive windows. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped . American fridge, oven and microwave. By a staircase there is access to a large mezzanine which makes a nice playground for the children.

The villa has 3 bedrooms. All three located at the level of the living room and all three with en-suite bathrooms. The choice of luxurious materials for the bed and bath linen enhance the character of this luxury villa. Bedroom 1 with luxury en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) Is located in the right wing of the villa. Here is a double bed (160x200). This bedroom has access to the terrace through sliding patio doors. In the left wing are two other bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x200) and has a beautiful en-suite bathrooms with shower, bath and toilet. Great views and direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom 3 is spacious with a double bed (180x200) and has a beautiful stone tiled en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Through beautiful French balcony views of the pool and a some sea view.

Outside

Particularly beautiful is the garden at the front of the villa. A fresh lawn with some old pin umbrellas which provide the garden with natural shade and atmosphere. The outdoors consist of two levels. The large terrace with loungers and dining table at the level of the living room, and swimming pool with pool house on garden level. You reach the level of the swimming pool by two large outdoor staircases on both sides of the terrace.

Tips

Special about this villa is its location, within walking distance of the village of Sainte Maxime and the beaches. Ste Maxime is right on the coast and has a port from where boats depart for . St Tropez. Ste Maxime is known for its wide sandy beaches. Golf enthusiasts can visit the nearby golf course of St Maxime and Beauvallon.
