Beautiful sandy beaches and cosy beach restaurants are only a 5 minute drive away.

The front door leads you into the hall with an adjoining, sunny comfortably furnished living room with fire place. There is no satellite TV, but there is a dvd-player. French doors lead out to the terrace with sea view. The part of the terrace with the dining table is connected to a fully equipped kitchen. On the terrace side there is a conservatory with an outdoor kitchen, with a built-in barbeque. On this floor, at the back, is the first bedroom with a double lits jumeaux (2 x 0,80 x 2 m), an en suite bathroom with shower. The adjacent bedroom, at the front, is not rented out by the owners and is closed off for use by the tenants. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom with shower and French doors to the balcony. In the first bedroom is a small double bed (1,40 x 1,90 m) and in the second bedroom two separate single beds (0,90 x 1,90m). The two bedrooms have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. The downstairs bedroom is the only bedroom with air conditioning. Internetconnection available (1Mg/Byte per minute).

Outside

Long driveway with entrance gate. Beautiful enclosed garden with several terraces and a large swimming pool (10 x 5 m.) with overflow. Automatic pool cover. Elegant garden furniture, several sun beds and dining table with chairs. By the pool is a lawn with palm trees. In the conservatory with outdoor kitchen you can, in the summer, enjoy dinner in the shade. There is parking space for 5 cars. Please note: Due to the various levels and the overflow swimming pool, this villa is not suitable for small children.

Tips

Ideal for golfers. The terrace of the golf courses’ clubhouse has a wonderful view and is a lovely place to have lunch. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at La Maison Bleu and Auberge Sans Souci. Besides the 18 holes golf course, swimming pool and tennis court, there are even more places to go and things to day. You could go shopping at the weekly market in St. Tropez (you can take the water taxi from the harbor of Ste Maxime), you could drive along the coast to Nice, go shopping for the day in Monaco or visit the beautiful hinterland of this coastal area.
