Free standing, extremely attractive, 6 person Villa. (and one baby/toddler) in style of Provence, with a large private swimming pool. Peaceful location in the hills of Sainte Maxime. It has beautiful clear views from the terrace over the bay of Sainte Maxime/St. Tropez and is extremely private. Location is approximately 3,5 kms. from Sainte Maxime and less than 1 km from the nearest beach. It s central location also offers many recreational possibilities (e.g. golf) making the villa extremely suitable for holidays all year round. The availability of internet allows you to combine business with pleasure in most pleasant surroundings.

Within

The wide entrance is located on the first level, one bedroom and bathroom are also on the first level. A staircase (with a child safety gate) takes you down to the ground level to the ambient living area. With sitting area, cosy arm chairs, a fireplace, TV with satellite, DVD player, midi stereo and CD player, dining room table with six chairs and a cosy spacious open kitchen (French exclusive brand De Tonge), also included is a dishwasher, oven, microwave and large fridge. A washing machine is also available.

Via the hallway you have access to 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have french doors opening out onto the terrace / swimming pool with ocean views. The master bedroom has a television, toilet and ensuite bathroom with bath. The second bedroom has a childs cot (with linen). Second bathroom with shower and seperate toilet. All bedrooms have wardrobes with ample storage space for clothing, etc. All rooms have glorious views of the ocean and countryside.The villa is luxuriously finished, with a wooden beam structure in some of the ceilings. It is newly decorated throughout and has internet access (wireless and cable). Pets not allowed.

Outside

Large french doors lead you from the living / dining / kitchen areas out onto the terrace where breathtaking seas views can be enjoyed. Directly next to the terrace is the swimming pool (5 x 10 mtr.) which is protected with a security alarm system. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. Two
ground level bedrooms also have large french doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with luxury teak wood outdoor furniture (table with seating for 6, lounges and sun chairs. There is also a small area located at the rear of the house (access via the kitchen). Fixed BBQ is
available. There is ample parking space available on the property for more than one vehicle. Terrace and garden offer much privacy!

Tips

This villa is peacefully located in a domain in the hills between Sainte Maxime en Les Issambres. It is approx a 5 -7 minute drive to Sainte Maxime or Les Issambres. Both places are located directly on the coast with their own harbour. It is approx a 1 hour drive from the Airport in Nice. Saint Tropez is a 30 min. drive. (In the summer months is directly accessible by boat) It is approx a 30 min. drive to Frejus. Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime are well known for their beautiful wide beaches. You are less than a 5 min. drive from the beach.

If you want to eat directly at the seaside, try restaurant Les Planches, which also has a nice contemporary interior.

Golf fans can go to golf courses in the following locations; Sainte Maxime, Beauvallon, Roquebrune, L’Endreole in Le Muy, Valescure, Esterel, Mandelieu. There are tennis courts in Les Issambres. In Sainte Maxime and elsewhere further along the coast are many fine restaurants and places of entertainment (some directly on the beach front). Or travel further inland such as Roquebrune or Plan de la Tour. The closest ski resort is a 2 to 2,5 hour drive away in the French Alps.

In this villa, children of all ages are most welcome.
