New: Luxury modern furnished villa near the beach of Saint Aygulf. Within walking distance to the bakery, shops and restaurants. The villa has a beautiful garden with swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, two on the ground floor.
The "Cave" (basement) is made a cinema . This villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

Within

The villa is as follows; Entrance with spacious living / dining room with doors to the garden. On the audio visual field, this is well equipped villa. LCD TV, DVD, blu ray and iPod dock and DVD library. Following on from the living room is the dining room (dining table and 6 chairs), also with patio doors. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including oven, grill, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave etc.

There are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed (160x200) located on the garden side (ground floor) with open doors and bathroom. Also on the ground floor the laundry room and the staircase to the 'Cave' which includes a snooker table and large screen for movies. On the first floor the other two bedrooms are situated. Bedroom two has twin beds and doors to a private balcony. On the landing is the third bathroom and a separate toilet. The third bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) has a spacious double bed.

Outside

The garden is flat and facing west. Grass and shady spots under the trees. Hammock (!). The spacious pool (11x5 meters) has a so-called Roman steps to slow in the water . On the terrace, in front of the pool, are the luxurious 8 "bain de soleil" (sun beds) waiting for you. A dining table with 6 chairs is under a covered patio. On the front and side of the house is parking for 3 cars. Barbeque also available.

Special about this villa is its location; within walking distance of a large sandy beach, a pebble beach at the end of the street and shops including the bakery and supermarket. Also within walking distance of the villa, especially interesting for families with small children, is a beautifully landscaped public park with large playground (pirate ship and swings etc).

Tips

Saint Aygulf is part of the municipality of Frejus and is a coastal town on the southern French Riviera. On one side, towards Nice (65 km), located to St. Raphael, on the other side, towards St Tropez (20 km), located to Issaquah and Ste. Maxime. The sea and the mountains; the azure blue Mediterranean with the real southern French bays with rocky and sandy beaches where, even in the busy summer months July and August, it can feel that the Mediterranean is there just for you. The mountains in the hinterland are those of the Esterel mountains; Beautiful nature, where you can hike for hours long without any human encounter.

Children are most welcome in this house. However, there are few facilities for children.
Nice to know that close to the villa is a beautifully landscaped public park with a playground for children.
The backside of the park borders on the coastline, with a beautiful footpath on the rocks along the sea.
