See also location / map on this page. From a private port in the back garden you can walk directly onto the beach. The house is elegantly and comfortably furnished and extremely spacious. This villa can accommodate 10 people.

Within

This Provencal family villa (220m2) is spacious and comfortable. The living room in the main house is decorated with nice modern art on the walls. There is a large living room with a sitting area, fireplace and dining table. The kitchen is spacious and in the middle is a large table with 12 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in a separate room at the entrance.

There are 6 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed (180x200) and a new and luxurious en suite bathroom (toilet, bathtub). The other three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The second bedroom has two twin beds (2x180x200). The other two bedrooms also have a double bed (180x200),. These bedrooms share a luxurious modern bathroom (toilet and shower) on the same floor.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located in a separate studio. Easily accessible via a private entrance through the garden or via the first floor of the main house. The studio has a spacious living/bedroom (bed 180x200) with kitchenette and a small dining table. There is a separate bedroom with double bed (180x200). A spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. For babies / toddlers are also 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

Outside

The fully fenced lot has two entrances with ample opportunity for cars to park. Unique is the "tower" at the end of the garden. The balcony of the 'tower' is almost over the waters of the sea. The villa stands on a lot of 4000m2 and thus offers ample outside living space for all guests. Several old trees, olive trees, oleanders and many lavender adorn the garden. The terrace around the pool is large and spacious enough for several sun beds, tables and chairs. There is much place for children to play, the garden is completely flat, with a grass field with a playground. There are several seats in the shade around the house, including the pergola to the house. Under the pergola, a lounge bank where you have shade all day.

Very nice is the wall that separates the garden from the sea. This wall is actually a large stone bench (about 12 meters) in the summer there are large pillows on the bench. This makes it a favorite place to sit. The BBQ is also in this part of the garden. Through the gate into the garden wall there is direct access to the rocks and pebble beaches, great for hiking, snorkeling or fishing.

Tips

Saint Aygulf is a pleasant place between Frejus / St Raphael and Les Isambres. From St Raphael or Les Isambre you can travel by boat to St Tropez. St Aygulf is a 50 minutes drive away from Nice Aeroport. St Aygulf is a 60 minutes drive away from Toulon / Hyeres Aeroport. Cannes 40 minutes, Ste. Maxime 20 minutes and St Tropez 45 minutes by car. Golf Course Roquebrune sur Argens at 10 minutes by car. TGV arrives in St Raphael.

Children are most welcome in this family villa. The garden is flat, and a part consisting of a lawn, there is a swing / climbing rack in the garden.

St Aygulf is a pleasant resort between Frejus and Les Issambres, and not far from St Tropez. From Nice Airport and through the car route, St Aygulf easily reached within 40 minutes. The T.G.V. and car-sleeper train arrive in St. Raphael. In the summer there is is a regular taxi boat, from St Aygulf to St Tropez.
