Luxury detached villa, situated in the heart of Saint Tropez. At five minutes walk from the Place des Lices (market) and 10 minutes walk from the harbor. This charming villa has been recently renovated, and refurbished modern and contemporary. This villa can accommodate 8 people.
Within
The villa has for a spacious living room with a large fireplace. From the living room you enter the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances, like a dishwasher, American fridge and microwave. There is a large wooden dining table suitable for 8 persons.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms all with double beds measuring 160x200.
Outside
The spacious garden (1000 m2) has a private swimming pool (4x10 m) with overflow. Around the pool is a spacious terrace with lounge set and sunbeds. On the other side of the villa is a lawn where children can play. The terrace on this side of the villa also has a lounge set and accomodates a large dining table. The mulberry trees in the garden provide shade.
Tips
Within minutes you are in the bustling heart of St Tropez. Every Tuesday and Saturday there is the famous market at the Place des Lices. For sophisticated lunch, club 55 is highly recommended of course (do book!).
It is also nice to rent a boat or make a trip to the picturesque Provencal villages, which lie near St. Tropez: Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud. Where you can also enjoy delicious foods!
