The house is elegantly and luxuriously decorated and furnished, large and suitable for up to 10 people.

The Dutch owners have furnished and decorated the bastide with a lot of sense of style, everything meets the most high standards.

The hall leads to the living room and to the first master bedroom with French doors opening out to the terrace. This bedroom has a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second master bedroom with en suite bathroom is also downstairs, next to the study. This room also has its own terrace. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a bathroom with large bathtub. In 2 of the bedrooms are double beds and in the last bedroom there are two single beds. There is also a children’s bed. The living room is elegantly and charmingly furnished. Two large French doors open out onto the L-shaped terrace with view of the garden and the swimming pool. From here you also have a magnificent view. In the sitting room with fire place, is a TV with satellite (Dutch, French and German channels), a DVD player and audio. The dining room with large dining table and the cosy kitchen are connected to one another. The kitchen has all modern conveniences such as an American fridge, built in oven/microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

Outside

A rather steep driveway leads you through a remote controlled fence to the house.

The large, magnificently landscaped garden with a.o. olive trees, oleanders and two large palm trees is at the front of the bastide. You have an unobstructed view of the hills and you can even see the bay of Cannes. On the large L-shaped terrace in front of the bastide is a wooden dining table with 10 chairs and 2 parasols where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. This will, most probably serve as your living/dining room in the Summer. The terrace is partially roofed and there is a comfortable lounge set. It is a most lovely place to just sit in the shade and read a book while enjoying a good glass of wine.

Several steps lead you down to the beautiful large swimming pool and to the garden. The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. There are 6 sun beds by the pool.

There is large parking area at the front of the house. In high season there is a minimal rental period of 2 weeks.

Tips

The small town Cabris, at 2 km. offers not only amusement and shops, but also has a panoramic view of the area. Grasse, at 4 km. is world famous for its perfume production. In Grasse there are also lovely brocante markets. The ancient centre of Grasse is beautiful. For those who prefer a more sophisticated surrounding, Cannes, with its beaches, its fantastic shops and her buzzing night life, is only 20 minutes away.
