Luxury detached villa on the exclusive Domaine du Haut Candeou in Peymeinade, near Grasse. The villa is built in Neo Provencal style and recently redecorated. The villa is very spacious and has a beautiful private pool as well as beautiful panoramic views on the Provencal hills. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people (plus a baby).

Within

The living room features a spacious layout (wide and high) but is nicely decorated with taste by the Dutch owners. There is a comfortable sitting area with fireplace with eg, DVD player, radio / CD player, satellite TV channels. The adjacent living room with patio doors borders to the spacious, partially covered, terrace. On this terrace is a large dining table with 4 chairs. The luxury kitchen is an extension of the living room and features all amenities, 4 hobs, microwave, oven / grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. Washing machine is also present.

There are 3 bedrooms; all on the same level as the living room. On the terrace side of the villa is a spacious bedroom with double bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom with shower, small bath and wash basin. This bedroom has lovely views over the Provencal hills. Bedroom 2 also features en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and 2-bed (180x200). Bedroom 3 has two times a 1 bed (90x200) and has a private bathroom (shower, toilet) There is also a separate toilet. Baby cot and a highchair are provided.

Outside

The villa is situated on an exclusive Domaine which is fully fenced and well secured. From the living room you enter the shaded, covered terrace via double doors. Here is a spacious dining table where you can eat outside. The kitchen is adjacent to the terrace and the covered terrace at the side of the villa. On this terrace there is a dining table with 6 chairs. The garden is beautifully landscaped with lots of rosemary and lavender.

The pool is constructed in the shape of an L and has a rolldek. This exceptional pool is partially submerged under the covered terrace. The pool is accessible from the terrace by the kitchen on the side of the villa. There is sufficient parking space available on the private property.

Tips

For shopping: Large supermarket in Le Tignet (5 km) there is also a Peymeinade
(5km) The baker at 3 km. Tennis court in Peymeinade.

In Grasse, the famous museum for the perfume and the perfume factories are still active (they offer great tours). A walk around the Cap of Antibes (also for children from the age of 7 years).
The wide sandy beaches of Mandelieu Napoule offer a great beach location. The natural beauty of the Gorge du Verdon (40 km) is very worthwhile. At St. Scezaire, a nice Provencal village is the gorge of the Siagne; less grand but also very beautiful.

The Google Maps location is correct, however, because the villa is newly built, the villa is not visible on Map / Location.
