Nestled in the beautiful hills of the Var with breathtaking views over the mountains. This delightful family Provencal home, with private swimming pool, welcomes you through its oak gates to a place of utter tranquillity. The villa sleeps up to 10 people. You are in the charming village of Claviers within 10 minutes by car.

Within

The 5 bedroom house, all with en suite facilities, recently refurbished is delightfully furnished with a mix of old and new furniture that gives the house a homely feel with all the modern touches. Air conditioned throughout the light and airy rooms beckon you onto all the lovely balconies and terraces all with splendid views. In the living, the sitting area is situated around the fire place. Internet, television, dvd and a radio with cd player are available. The kitchen is amongst other things equipped with a dishwasher, oven and coffeemaker.

Outside

The infinity pool overlooks the whole valley and together with its recently constructed outside kitchen and barbeque area makes you want to spend all day and night in the Provence sun. At the pool are 8 sun beds available.

Tips

Nearby the ancient village of Claviers is a short, pleasant walk along the disused railway track with views all the way the the mountains. A short distance away is the famous mountain top village of Bargemon with its markets, galleries and restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive you can reach Fayence and Seillans both beautifulhilltop golden stoned villages. To reach the coast line of Saint Maxime and St Tropez you have to drive out of the hills and down via the delightful georges and valleys of Le Muy. You
will arrive at the coast within 40 minutes.
Theole sur Mer and Cannes are a mere 30 minute drive away and around 1hour to the airport of Nice. North you will find one of the great wonders of Europe - The Gorges du Verdon, with white water rapids, climbing, walking and cycling all available.

Children of all ages are welcome in in this villa.
