Luxury spacious villa with a large private pool and pool house in Lorgues. Quietly nestled between vineyards in an hilly and wooded area. Close to the authentic Provencal village Lorgues. Within

The villa is comfortable and modern. Nice decoration creates a rural atmosphere. Spacious living room with comfortable seating by the fireplace and large LCD TV.
The kitchen is modern and spacious and well equipped with oven, microwave,, dishwasher, American fridge / freezer etc.

There are 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, either with shower or bath. bedroom 1 has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90x200) located on the ground floor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160 x 200) and bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (90x200) located on the first floor. This format allows a stay with two families best possible while still maintaining privacy.

Outside

Own grounds of 5200 m2 with spacious parking for cars. Around the pool is a spacious 130 m2 terrace with comfortable alloy furniture, umbrellas, sunbeds and outdoor shower as well as a pool house. The pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen with eg BBQ and plancha.

The terrain is mostly flat which offers a great opportunity for children to play. There is a petanque alley. The site is very private and you can enjoy panoramic views over the Provencal hills.

Tips

From the villa you can immediately go for a walk, the village center is reachable on foot for a sporty walker. The use of a car is recommended though.

Lorgues is ideal base for all the pleasures that the Provence has to offer. Furthermore, we recommend the close distance of Lorgues Gorges de Verdon, Lake St. Croix and the lavender fields around the town of Grasse certainly worth visiting.

In the immediate surroundings there are excellent opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. You can go white water canoeing on the Argens and there are also great places for a picnic. The coast is within 45 minutes by car.

Children are more than welcome. There is a nice spacious lawn and a private petanque alley.
