Spacious newly built detached villa with several large covered terraces, situated in a green environment. With the wide format this villa is ideal for two families or families with older children. 4 bedrooms. The villa is south oriented and offers beautiful views over the hills. The villa provides an ideal relaxing place full sun but also shade and cool spots. This villa can accommodate 8 persons + 2 babies.

Within

Entrance through a large hall with a nice modern staircase, and then running into the bright living room / dining room and then the open kitchen. The villa is characterized by its spacious layout.

There are four bedrooms and a storage room, linen / ironing room and an office. The house is situated on a hill and the living / dining room, kitchen and one bedroom with private bathroom are on the same level of the entrance at the front, but this is the first floor at the pool side. The other three bedrooms are all located in the basement, which at the pool side is the ground floor. All bedrooms have double doors and a private terrace. All beds are double beds (2x80x200). Of the three bedrooms in the basement one has a private bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The villa is brand new and equipped with all comforts. When building the villa it was ensured that the sun cannot shine inside. Also, the villa is equipped with floor cooling, for a surcharge. Child (camp) bed and chair are available on request.

Outside

The villa is located in an area of 1.5 hectares. It is located in a wooded and hilly area surrounded by vineyards. The swimming pool (10x5 meters) is surrounded by spacious terraces which go to the covered terrace at the villa. Even if it rains, which almost never occurs in summer in Provence, you can have dinner outside and still be dry at various places. The villa has a veranda all around the house at the first floor and a large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen in the southwest. There is ample parking space for every visitor.

Tips

From the villa you can immediately go for a walk, and the village center is, for the somewhat sporty hiker (approximately 15 minutes) reachable on foot.

If you would like, you can ask the house manager for a baby package hire for € 25 per week with a maximum of € 50. The baby package includes the following:

1. Camping bed used as a box (1)
2. Bed linen / baby cloths
3. High chair (1)

A table football, shuffleboard and darts are available.
