There is a cozy living room with a modern comfortable lounge with fireplace including, wireless internet, DVD player, radio / CD player, satellite TV with Dutch and Flemish channels and a dining table for 6 people. The living room opens out onto the covered terrace. The kitchen is also next to the terrace and has all amenities, 4 hobs, microwave, oven / grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and coffeemaker.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are using a modern luxury bathroom with a very comfortable bathtub, large rain shower and sinks. Also available is a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor is the third bedroom with private terrace, twin beds (2x90x200) and the second bathroom which is fitted with modern bath, shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.

Outside

The villa is fully facing south and has a large garden, private pool with Jacuzzi and luxurious outdoor kitchen. From the dining / living area there is a large door opening directly onto the shady terrace. Here is a large dining table comfortably in the shade. The luxurious outdoor kitchen, in summer covered entirely by the grape leafs, with dining table for 6, BBQ, fridge, stove and pizza oven is located at the private pool. The outdoor kitchen provides a perfect opportunity have lunch or relax completely in the shade. Adjacent to the outdoor kitchen is a toilet and a shower. The pool is approximately 10x5m with Roman steps and a pool alarm.



An unusual feature of this villa is the presence of the large garden including a completely flat lawn (easy for the kids to play) and the extent to privacy. Around the pool are 4 sun beds. There is parkingspace available for several cars in the sealed area.
