The villa is cozy and comfortable decorated. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.



The house has 3 bedrooms, located on the first floor the spacious master bedroom with double bed (2.00x2.00m), large walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom and private TV.

The second bedroom has a twin bed (1.80x2.00m) and the third bedroom has two single beds (0.90x2.00m). These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is a separate room with a washer / dryer, extra refrigerator and freezer. There is a fireplace in the living room. There is an internet connection (WIFI), TV (satellite channels Eng v) with DVD player.

Outside

The villa is situated on a plot of 5000 meters., a combination of a well-kept garden and a spacious lawn. Great for children to play. Several trees, oleanders and many lavender and a pond decorate the garden. The terrace around the pool (12x6m) is large and offers enough space for 6 sunbeds.


On the terrace is a table with four chairs, a comfortable spot in the shade.

The terrace offers a beautiful view over the garden and swimming pool. A level lower is a large outdoor BBQ at the table for 10 people. The BBQ is a so-called Argentine BBQ, the ultimate for the true BBQ fan. There is enough room to park cars on private property.

Tips

There are several golf courses in the area. The sea and the beach is only 23 km from the villa. The following activities are available nearby, max. 30 minutes by car: climbing, swimming, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, water sports, mountaineering (hover) flying and tennis.

In this house are children welcome. In particular, the large, mostly flat (grass) field makes this villa attractive for families with children.

Table tennis is available.
