Luxury detached villa with stunning views on the Esterel mountains. The villa was built in Neo Provencal style with a focus on south/west with a large, partially flat, well-maintained garden with private pool. The villa has recently been redecorated in a very tasteful way. Great for families with children because of the flat terrain, including grass lawn and jeu de boules area. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Within

The villa offers a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area. There is direct access to the terrace and great views of the countryside through the large sliding terrace doors. The living room has a fireplace, DVD player, radio / CD player, satellite TV and wireless Internet is also available.

The inside dining table is close to the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen also offers direct access to the terrace.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor and his its own bathroom with shower. The bed is a double bed (160x200). The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and offers wonderful views on the countryside. The second bedroom is also on the ground floor.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. There is the bedroom with the double bed (160x200?). The view from the window is simply stunning. The third bedroom does have two separate beds (both 90x200?). Both bedrooms share the separate toilet and the modern bathroom which has a bath. All rooms have large wardrobes.

Outside

The large covered terrace is the focus point of the villa. There are, besides a large dining table, some chairs for a perfect spot in the shade. A perfect place to spent the day in the shadow just a few steps from the swimmingpool.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers a good variety of trees and plants. Rather unique for this area is that villa offers a largely flat garden including a grass lawn (nice for the kids to play) and also a jeu de boules area.
The pool is approximately 10x5m with roman steps and a pool alarm. Around the pool are several deck chairs. There is ample available parking space for several cars.

Tips

The villa is great for people who wish to have some privacy and yet be close to a typical Provencal villages like Seillans and Fayence (both within 10 minutes reach by car). Both offer nice restaurants, cafés and local markets.

The beaches of St. Maxime, Frejus and Cannes are about 45 minutes drive. The Gorges du Verdon is 1 hours drive away. Hiking and biking opportunities are abundant.

In in this villa, children of all ages are most welcome.
