New: Detached luxury villa in Provencal style with private pool Seillans. Very complete villa with beautiful terraces and outdoor kitchen. Peace and privacy is guaranteed. The villa offers fine views of the picturesque village of Seillans. This villa can accommodate 7 people and 1 baby.

Within

The villa design is both playful and stylish. The living area is in the lower part of the villa and the sleeping area is in the higher part. It's architectural design consists of different levels interconnected via stairs. This makes the villa not suitable for small children.

The villa is decorated in a very comfortable way. The living room is cozy and has a fireplace for winter, aircon for summer, spacious sitting area and access to the terraces. Satellite TV with all free to air UK channels, and internet connection (WIFI / DSL) and telephone.

The dining room in between the kitchen and the living room offers direct access to the terrace. The presence of the large windows in combination with the sliding glass doors makes this room very bright and gives it an almost al fresco atmosphere.

The kitchen is well equipped and offers all modern comforts. Very nice is the adjacent outdoor kitchen. Probably the place where most meals will be used. The outdoor kitchen comes with an impressive BBQ.

There are 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is the spacious master bedroom with double bed (165x200), aircon and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed (135x190), a ceiling fan and wonderful views. Bedroom number 3 has two single beds (90x190), that can be put together and offers access to the third fourth bedroom (1 bed 90x190) which makes this bedroom ideal for a child.

There are 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite. (bath and sink). The other two bathrooms have either a bath or a shower. All bathrooms are situated on the first floor also the level of the bedrooms.

Outside

The villa offers a beautiful view of the village Seillans from almost every room. The garden consists of various terraces spread over multiple levels. There is a terrace located directly at the house and at the pool. The pool is 9x4 meters and comes with a delightful a jet-stream. There are plenty of lounge chairs.

There are four terraces all designed as sitting areas. There is also an outside dining table in outdoor kitchen with BBQ. There are four parking spaces available on site. Note: The site has several different levels with stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children.

There is a fish pond with Koi Carp in the garden, the fish will be fed by the pool man, who also takes care of pool maintenance regularly during your stay.

Tips

This villa is ideal for people who seek privacy on the one hand but also wish to be close to a typical Provencal village like Seillans on th eother hand.

Seillans is 16th century mountain village and is one of the 152 most beautiful villages in France. There are several excellent restaurants with terraces under the plane trees.

The beaches of Sainte Maxime, Cannes and Fréjus are approximately 45 minutes away. The Gorges du Verdon is one hours drive away. In the vicinity offers good tennis, hiking, biking and non-motorised water sports  opportunities.

This villa is not suitable for small children due to the several level differences in both the garden and pool area.
