This beautiful Provencal villa was recently renovated and is ideal for families with children. The villa has a large private pool with roman steps, several terraces and has a beautiful view over the Luberon and the Alpilles. The surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling and the villa is within walking distance of an authentic village with a bakery, butcher and grocery. This villa can accommodate 6 people.

The villa was recently renovated and tastefully decorated by the Dutch owners. The tastefully decorated living room has a fireplace and through double doors you walk onto one of the terraces. TV with DVD player and Dutch channels and WiFi internet available. The villa has 1 full kitchen with all amenities. Washing machine available. There are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with beds of 90x200cm, there are two bathrooms.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by olive trees in a garden of 4000m2. The various terraces offer the possibility to relax somewhere else at any time of the day. The villa is ideal for families with children especially the large private swimming pool of 12x6 meters. There is also a table tennis table available and a swing. From the house you have a wonderful view over the pool, the Luberon and the Alpilles.

Villa L'Oliveraie is located in the village Cabrières d'Avignon, near the village of Gordes, what is declared to be one of the most beautiful villages of France. Known villages in the area: Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste and Menerbes. For larger cities you can be in Avignon, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Orange within an hour. All cities are worth visiting. You can also enjoy the surroundings of the villa by bike or on foot.
