Luxurious and spacious villa (240 m2) with private swimming pool and panoramic views over the village and the hills of the Provence. An entirely south facing terrace with good privacy, just 10 km from the beautiful Avignon. The villa can accommodate 6-8 people.

Within

The villa has a spacious and comfortable lounge. From the living room you have the entire width (6 large windows), with a wide view over the village and the hills beyond. The villa location is facing south but still cool because of the presence of a roof canopy over the front of the villa. As an extension of the living room is a fully equipped modern American kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. From this side of the living room and kitchen you have access to the covered terrace with teak table and chairs. Behind the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and extra fridge. Also present; television, video and hi-fi system.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, accessible through a staircase from the living room. All 3 bedrooms are of equal size and feature a double bed (180x200). On this floor are two bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet.

The fourth bedroom is only to reach from outside and has an entrance right next to the swimming pool. This somewhat smaller room has two single beds. The bathroom is en-suite with a shower and a toilet. A second toilet is located at the level of the living room. There is internet in the villa.

Outside

The villa is situated along with her ​​identical sister villa on a large secure site. The site, part of an old olive grove and is isolated from the public road with a closed electric gate. After about 50 meters of driveway you are on the private parking where 2 to 3 cars can park easily. Villa Noves and her sister villa are constructed so that privacy is guaranteed.

The private pool (13x5 meters) is equipped with a sun terrace with teak lounge chairs. Pool house with shower and toilet. From the covered terrace you have good view on the swimming pool. There are two BBQ's present, one electric and one on coals. There are also two bicycles at the villa that you can use.

Tips

Unique, open view on the old village and its chapel from the XI century, les Alpilles. The famous town of St. Remy lying at 30 km and the Mont Ventoux. You will be staying in the middle of valleys with vineyards, great for biking or walking.
