This comfortable villa with over 220 m2 of living space is an ideal base for a holiday with family or friends.
Tasteful decoration mixes traditional Provençal style with bold modern touches of contemporary art. A generously proportioned living room boasts a monumental fireplace and design sofas. Sliding doors separate the lounge area from the library. It extends into the dining room with a large table (sits 12 guests) and the kitchen. Next to the dining room there is a small office with a desk, equipped with Wi-Fi.
The open-plan kitchen offers an abundant space for cooking — two counters and a kitchen island. It is fully equipped with a 5-burner Boretti stove with two ovens, a cooker, a microwave, two dishwashers, an American fridge, a wine cooler, and a Nespresso machine. Next to the kitchen you’ll find a large utility room giving access to the garden on the side of the residence. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located next to the entrance.
The villa has 6 bedrooms in total. The air-conditioned master bedroom on the ground floor, overlooking the garden, has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and WC. The four bedrooms in the main building are all air-conditioned.
Another three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Bedroom 2 features two double beds (one is 180 x 200 cm and the other 160 x 200 cm). Bedrooms 3 and 4 have each a double bed (180 x 200 cm). These bedrooms share a luxurious modern bathroom with shower and WC.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located in a separate studio serving as a guest house. It is easily accessible via a private entrance through the garden or from the first floor of the main building. The studio features a voluminous living room / bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and kitchenette with a small dining table. It also offers a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious bathroom with shower and WC. During the summer months (July and August) the studio is always included in the rental. The rest of the year you can choose to include it (at an extra cost) or to leave it out of your reservation. Without the studio the villa sleeps 10 adults and 2 babies. Including studio for up to 14 adults and 2 babies.
