VillaSud carefully protects your personal details and only asks for information if it is necessary to carry out our services. These details are stored in a personal folder (Profile), which only you and VillaSud have access to. A username and password are used for security.

Your personal details are only passed onto our partners when it is necessary for their services, for example by request of a statement or quotation, or by the ending of a service. Accordingly, VillaSud uses your personal details in order to provide you with specific information when required.

VillaSud protects your personal information in accordance with Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, the Protection of Personal Data Act, and is registered by the Chamber of Registration, Prinsclauslaan 20 in Den Haag. This is the institute responsible for monitoring the use of personal information by businesses.
