This spacious and comfortable Provençal family villa is arranged over three floors and offers an excellent layout for larger families or groups travelling together. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay even during the warmest summer months.

The generous living area is located on the first floor and is stylishly furnished with a large, comfortable seating area and a flatscreen TV. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, two separate freezers and a dishwasher, making it ideal for preparing meals for larger groups.

From the kitchen, doors open directly onto the sunny terrace, where a large outdoor dining table and summer kitchen create the perfect setting for long lunches and relaxed dinners in the open air. At the front of the villa, the living room also gives access to a covered terrace, a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the views.

The villa offers 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, spread over two floors, providing plenty of privacy and comfort for all guests.

On the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite:

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 both feature a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), their own kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a bathroom with shower and toilet, while Bedroom 2 benefits from a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and toilet.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4 is furnished with two single beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 5 has two single beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm)nd has access to a separate bathroom in the hallway with shower and toilet.

A second kitchen is also located on the ground floor and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave and hob, offering additional convenience for larger groups or families travelling together.

On the second floor are Bedroom 6 and Bedroom 7, both spacious double bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

For stays during the early and late season, Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are not included as standard. These rooms can, however, be made available upon request for an additional charge.

Set on a generous private plot in a peaceful, wooded setting on the outskirts of the charming village of Tourrettes, the villa offers plenty of space, privacy and a wonderfully relaxed Provençal atmosphere.

French doors from the living room open onto a large covered terrace with a dining table and several comfortable seating areas, creating an inviting space for long lunches, evening drinks or simply relaxing in the shade. From the open-plan kitchen, you step directly onto a second terrace with a summer kitchen and an extra-large outdoor dining table — the perfect setting for leisurely family dinners on warm summer evenings.

The spacious private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) forms the heart of the outdoor area. Surrounded by a large sun terrace with several loungers and umbrellas, it offers plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the Provençal sunshine. The pool is fitted with a hard safety cover and can also be heated on request and at an additional charge.

The recently created boules court adds to the authentic South of France atmosphere and is sure to provide plenty of fun for all ages. Right beside the court, a large table with benches offers a lovely place to gather, watch the game and enjoy a drink while cheering on family and friends.

There is ample private parking at the property. Younger guests are also well catered for, with a table tennis table and a swing located at the rear of the villa.

The villa is perfectly situated for guests who enjoy an active holiday. The surrounding countryside offers kilometres of tracks and trails for both mountain biking and road cycling, with plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful Provençal landscape.

Just a 10-minute drive away, Lac de Saint-Cassien is a wonderful destination for a day by the water. Here you can enjoy activities such as swimming, canoeing, fishing and boat hire, or simply relax along the lakeside.

The villa is also ideally placed for discovering some of the most attractive villages in the area. Fayence, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux and Saint-Paul-en-Forêt are all within approximately 10 minutes by car. Fayence is especially popular for its charming Provençal atmosphere, lively market held three times a week, local shops and excellent restaurants.

For golf and wellness enthusiasts, the prestigious Terre Blanche Golf & Spa Resort is only around 5 minutes away and ranks among the leading luxury resorts in France.

The glamorous Côte d’Azur is also within easy reach. Cannes can be reached in approximately 30 minutes, while Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is around a 50-minute drive from the villa.

Further inland, the beautiful lavender landscapes, picturesque villages and natural grottoes of Provence offer plenty of possibilities for memorable day trips.

The rental prices presented outside the high season (July and August) are based on an occupancy of 8 adults (rooms 3,4 and 5 will be closed). Larger groups are of course also very welcome.
