Here at VillaSud we aim to offer carefree letting and good rental results. We will - together with a local property manager - take care of all the work for you. We will make sure you will find your villa exactly as you left it at the beginning of the rental season. Carefree letting and with a good rental income.

We have been doing this for more than 20 years for a select group of approximately 250 homeowners. In these 20 years of being active in the South of France we have grown into one of the most important players in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland in the luxury holiday rental market. 

My name is Anton Heinemans and around 20 years ago I was lucky enough to be able to buy a holidayhome in the South of France. (on the coast in Les Issambres actually) Now I am more than happy to help homeowners - new to the rental business -  realize a carefree and successful rental.

VillaSud is a specialized agency offering luxury French holiday homes on the Cote d'Azur and Provence. We target high end clients within the Dutch, Belgian, German and Swiss market. We are active in a specific geographical area only in order to stay focussed on the high-level of service and to ensure the quality we wish to provide. 

We will take care of all that is required from letting your property; we will market your property internationally, take care of all communication with clients, supervise and take care of all payments and liaison between the client and your property manager.

A good rental result;

By a good rental result we mean letting out between 10 - 25 weeks per year. We find that 10 weeks should be minum. Our top villas do 20 - 25 weeks a year.

VillaSud has a loyal regular customer base. We would like to present your villa to this group of reliable and neat tenants.

Team VillaSud speaks Dutch, English, French and German. Your tenants come from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. They are reliable and decent customers.
