The attractive spacious living is located on the first floor. From here you have direct access to the spacious terrace. A large LCD TV with satellite is available. In line with the living you find a dining table with seats for 10 people.

The modern open kitchen is equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker to start the day well!

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all on the ground floor. Bedroom 1, the Master Bedroom has a double bed (200x200) and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). Bedroom 2 also has a double bed (200x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet). The other bedrooms, 3.4 and 5, all have a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

Through the electric gate you enter the property where you can park your car. Let the vacation begin!

From the living you have access to the L-shaped terrace. You can taste the Mediterranean atmosphere both on the terrace and in the garden. On the terrace there are several luxurious lounge sets and lounge chairs so that you can optimally enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. You will also find 2 spacious dining tables with chairs for lunch or to enjoy freshly prepared products from the Gas BBQ.

Located on the ground floor you find the pool (12x5) which is easily accessible via stairs. The pool has a so-called plage, ideal for gradually entering the water. At this villa, the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. On the covered terrace is a 3rd large dining table, for lunch at the swimming pool. The combination of the spacious pool, the lawn, the luxurious lounge sets, the various seating areas and the swing set offers everyone ample opportunity for recreation and relaxation.

There is parking space for 3 cars on the private site.

This villa is located on a hill in Les Issambres. It is a 5 minute drive down by car to reich the village on the coast. This village is called San Peire and is located directly on the Côte d'Azur between Ste. Maxime and Fréjus. From the airport in Nice and from Cannes it is normally an hour drive by car to San Peire. Within 15 minutes you reach Ste Maxime by car. St. Tropez is 45 minutes drive (in the summer also directly accessible by boat from the port of San Peire!). To Fréjus it is a 30 minutes drive. Les Issambres/San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their extensive beautiful sandy beaches.

To enjoy a nice dinner you do not have to drive far. In San Peire there are several good restaurants. Favorite are 'Le Provencal / Les Muriers' with its beautiful terrace under the plane trees. Also good food in the brasserie! In Cap Mail you have a beautiful sea view while eating fresh fish dishes.
