The seating area is comfortably arranged and offers a pleasant place to relax. The dining table seats six and harmoniously connects to the semi-open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all conveniences.

From the living room, you reach the terrace, where you are treated to a beautiful view of the garden, the pool, and the coast towards Nice, one of the most famous cities in Southern France. Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1, located on the 1^st floor, is the master bedroom. This is a spacious bedroom with a double box spring bed (180x200) and a large en-suite bathroom with (shower, double sink, bathtub, and toilet).

Bedroom 2, located on the 1^st floor, offers a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).

Bedroom 3, located on the 1^st floor, is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a child's bed. This bedroom uses one of the three en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 4, on the ground floor, has a double bed (160x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower, sink, and toilet).

Adjacent to the living room is a spacious terrace with sunshade, directly connected to the interior through large sliding doors. This provides pleasant natural light and an open feeling, with views of the garden, the Alps, and of course the Mediterranean Sea in front of vibrant Nice. Especially in the evening when it is dark, you can enjoy the many lights in the distance even more.

The kitchen provides access to a second covered terrace with a dining table for six. A lovely spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the shade.

On the terrace adjoining the living room, a comfortable lounge area is arranged where you can relax in peace and enjoy the view. Thanks to the sunshade, it is also pleasant here on warm days.

The private pool measuring 10 x 4 meters (depth from 0.2 to 2.0 m) is centrally located in the garden and is surrounded by a sun terrace and a spacious lawn with sunbeds and a parasol.

The villa has a fenced area with ample parking. The garden is mostly flat, which is practical for families with (young) children.

Antibes is a charming, historic town on the Côte d’Azur between Nice and Cannes. The old town (Vieil Antibes) is known for its narrow streets, Provençal market, the sea-facing ramparts, and the impressive Picasso Museum in the Château Grimaldi.

Activities to enjoy include the Marché Provençal – a colorful market with local products every morning. Port Vauban – the largest marina in Europe, where you can admire mega yachts. Antibes is lively mainly during the day and perfect for strolling, dining by the water, and soaking up culture.

Juan-les-Pins, the western part of Antibes, is much more modern and known for its beaches, beach clubs, and vibrant atmosphere. The jet set has been coming here since the 1920s for sun, parties, and cocktails by the sea. Visit the legendary Jazz à Juan festival in July – one of Europe’s oldest jazz festivals. Walk along the boulevard with views of the Golfe-Juan bay and the Esterel mountains.

Famous beaches include Plage de la Garoupe; a renowned sandy beach with a small public section and several private beach clubs. Popular beach clubs here are Plage Keller and Plage Joseph, both with sunbeds and restaurants. And Plage des Ondes, a favorite beach among locals, with clear water and views of the distinctive 'Petit Tour' tower. Ideal for snorkeling and sunsets.

Also enjoyable is walking the Sentier du Littoral: this coastal path offers breathtaking views and access to hidden coves.
