The villa has a spacious living that is stylish and colorful decorated. A large comfortable seating area is arranged so that you look out onto the pool. Wifi (optical fibre) as well as several channels for the satellite TV are present.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, high fridge with separate freezer, microwave, hob, coffee maker and kettle. Very nice is the high dining table. From the kitchen there is direct access to the dining room and the hallway.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms including a very spacious master bedroom. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and there are 3 located on the first floor. All beds in the bedrooms are made up as single beds. Bedroom 1 located on the ground floor offers a double bed (2 x90x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, W.C. and sink).

Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom. This is a very luxurious and above all spacious bedroom with a en-suite bathroom (bath, separate shower and double sinks and W.C.). Very nice is the covered private terrace. The bed is double and measures 2 x 90x200.

There is a double bed (2x90x200) in bedrooms 3 and 4. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony on the pool side of the villa. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (shower in bath, double washbasin and W.C.).

The living offers access to the spacious terrace. A large parasol provides the necessary shade at the outdoor dining table (8 people). The BBQ is impressive.

The master bedroom offers a covered private terrace with 2 chairs. A nice and quiet place to escape the heat and to enjoy that beautiful book.

The pool is spacious (12x6 m) and is equipped with a roman staircase. Luxurious sun loungers are located next to the pool. Under a pergola, on the short side of the pool, you can relax at the designer lounge set. A beautiful place to catch the last sun rays of the day.

You can park your car on the private property. The private grounds are completely enclosed and you have access via an electric gate. Given the short distances to both the beach, to Antibes and Juan Les Pins you can leave the car at the villa. How nice is that?

The villa is located in the center of the Cap d'Antibes, between Antibes (2 km) and Juan-les-Pins (2 km). A beautiful coastal town a short distance away from Nice and Cannes. The famous beach, Plage de la Garoupe / Keller is just a 5-minute walk away.

You can also easily walk to the charming towns of Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Two bustling coastal towns with a range of nice activities in the summer. Pay a visit to the old center with its beautiful city walls, picturesque streets, cozy terraces, the luxury marina and various good restaurants. In Cap d’Antibes you have beautiful beaches to relax but you can also enjoy an amazing hike of 1-2 hours along the Mediterranean sea.

It is very nice to visit the Château Grimaldi. In this castle you will also find the Picasso Museum where you can admire the famous paintings by Pablo Picasso himself and other famous artists.
