The master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed (180x200), fireplace, ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and shower and a beautiful wood-paneled finished walk-in closet and a private balcony. The three remaining bedrooms all have double beds (180x200). 2 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. The bedroom without bathroom uses the bathroom on the same floor with bath, toilet and shower. All bedrooms have access to the (upper) balcony.

Very nice for guests is the spacious and luxurious apartment located in the lower floor with a private living room, kitchen, master bedroom with double bed (160x200), bathroom, sink, toilet and shower. This apartment has a private entrance and is, like the entire house, very high quality and stylish.

The villa is situated in an upmarket residential area just 5 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is oriented to the west and enjoying the sun in the morning on the terrace. The private pool 13 x 4 meters is in the length of the villa and is accessed via a staircase from the middle terrace as well as directly from the lower apartment. On the terraces and balconies are include some couches and a large dining table.

Because the villa is positioned on a hill, you can enjoy the magnificent views over the Mediterranean Sea. The beaches of Cannes, Juan-les-Pins and Golfe-Juan are nearby, as well as an abundance of restaurants. Nice airport is a 30 minutes drive away. In Antibes (10 minutes), there is a large water park Marineland. You can also sail on one of the many boats departing from Cannes in the old port to the Lerin Islands (visible from the villa.) Boats also sail from Cannes to St. Tropez - more relaxing than driving.
