Though modest in size, the villa is full of charm. It offers 45 m² of single-level living space, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The inviting living room opens onto a seaview terrace through elegant French doors. A modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and, thanks to the home’s compact layout, efficiently cools both bedrooms.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms The villa features two comfortable bedrooms and a stylish, contemporary bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and located on the ground floor, each furnished with a double bed (160x200). The bathroom includes a sleek vanity, a walk-in rain shower and toilet. 

The villa is tucked away beneath tall parasol pines and offers private access to the beach. Facing due south, you can watch the sun rise over the water in the morning.

Whether you're strolling hand in hand along the shore or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon, this villa is the ultimate romantic escape in one of the Côte d’Azur’s most exclusive settings.

Through a gate in the garden, you step directly onto Plage du Débarquement. How lovely to be the first on the beach in the morning and take a refreshing dip in the sea! Although the property is located right by the beach, it sits on a slightly elevated plot, ensuring plenty of privacy.

There are several sunbeds, a built-in stone bench with cushions, and a dining table with four chairs. The tall parasol pines provide natural shade throughout the garden.

You can park your car on the private, gated driveway.

Next to the villa you'll find Dauphin Plage, a beach club that's perfect for a relaxed lunch. In fact, you can easily leave the car behind altogether. Just stroll along the beach towards La Croix Valmer and you'll reach one of our favourite beach clubs: Le Nautic.
