There is a spacious living room with views over the terrace and swimming pool towards the Mediterranean Sea. The living room has a spacious seating area and a spacious kitchen with dining area. Both the living room and the kitchen offer access through large sliding doors to the covered part of the terrace. The kitchen itself has all amenities, 4 hotplates, microwave, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Practical especially for small children is the TV room on the 1st floor; a large LCD TV and comfy sofas. 

There are 4 luxurious and generous bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, level living. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. 

1st floor, bedroom 1, the master bedroom is a spacious bedroom (50 m2) with a double box spring bed (2x90x200) and a modern luxury en-suite bathroom (spacious rain shower, freestanding bathtub and separate W.C.). French doors open onto the balcony for a cup of coffee in the morning sun. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom (shower and basin and WC). Both bedrooms have electric shutters. 

Ground floor, bedrooms 3 and 4 on the ground floor also offer double beds (158x180). The bedrooms share a comfortable bathroom (shower and W.C). Both bedrooms open onto the terrace with garden furniture at the side of the villa. 

From the entire ground floor, you can walk straight onto the terrace at the front of the villa. The terrace is partly covered and offers good shade at the end of the afternoon.  There is a comfy lounge set so a nice place to enjoy a good book and a glass of cold rosé.

The outdoor dining table is nicely covered in the shade. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palms, many different types of flowers and a flat lawn, ideal for the kids to play.

The pool is about 11.5 x 4.5 m heated and can be covered with a roller cover. There is an outdoor shower with cold water, beautiful garden furniture, 6 luxury loungers, parasols and a large gas BBQ. 

You have views over the village of Cogolin towards the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace. We really like the access to the vineyards behind the house. This offers the possibility of beautiful evening walks in the vineyards. There is parking for 4 cars on the fully fenced property. 

Cogolin is a village located at the foot of the Maures mountains. The villa is located 2 km from the village of Cogolin. Here you will find all desired amenities including a large Leclerc supermarket. 

The combination of the beach at a short distance and the proximity of Saint Tropez makes this villa attractive. Enjoying a sophisticated lunch in one of the famous beach clubs is only half an hour away. 

It is also nice to take a trip to one of the picturesque Provençal villages close to St Tropez: Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud.
