On the ground floor you will find the living room with comfortable seating around the large fireplace. The living room has an open connection with the dining room. French doors from both the living room and the dining room provide direct access to the covered terrace, the swimming pool and the beautifully landscaped garden. The entire house is equipped with air-conditioning.

From to the dining room you enter the spacious kitchen with XL stove and XL American fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped and professionally decorated. A great room for breakfast and coffee at the breakfast table.

There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house (of which 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) and 2 bedrooms in the guest house.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom (bath and shower). Patio doors provide direct access to the garden and pool.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor. There is a double bed (160x200). View over the swimming pool.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located on the first floor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom (bath). Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (2x90x200) that can be put together if desired. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom (shower).

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located on the ground floor of the guest house, adjacent to the villa. They each have a double bed (160x200) and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa is set in a beautifully landscaped garden of 5,000 m2. The private driveway leads to the parking lot for several cars. From here a path leads to the villa, the courtyard and the vegetable garden. On this side of the villa you will also find the extra guest house.

On the south side of the villa you will find the heated private swimming pool (11x5 m) surrounded by a lawn. The children will certainly have fun here. Several sun beds have been set up around the pool and there is a so-called day bed with a view of the vineyards.

Also on this side of the villa you will find the partly covered terrace with a spacious lounge set from which you look out over the swimming pool and the vineyards of Minuty. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room is a second covered terrace with a large dining table and a large gas barbecue.

The location makes this villa very attractive; not only close to the well known beaches of Saint Tropez but also to Saint Tropez itself. We are talking about one of the most exclusive locations in the South of France. You can reach the famous beaches of Pampelonne with its beach clubs in 10 minutes by car, where you can enjoy a great sunny lunch. Once back in your villa you will enjoy 100% comfort, privacy and tranquility.

Saint Tropez really needs no introduction. Good restaurants, a lively nightlife and the famous harbor are just some of the features of this fashionable village. Also nice (on Tuesday and Saturday mornings) is the market on the Place des Lices square.

It is possible to book various services with this villa, such as a private chef, an exclusive wine tasting, a driver or chartering a private RIB boat. The villa is cleaned daily during your stay.
