The living room is warm and bright, with comfortable furniture and carefully chosen décor that immediately creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, sleekly finished, and made even more inviting by the bar and wine fridge. The villa offers approximately 120 m² of living space and is entirely on one level, with everything located on the ground floor. From both the living room and the kitchen, you can step straight onto the natural stone terrace on the pool side.

The villa features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, has air conditioning, and features a double bed (160x200).

There are 2 modern, luxurious bathrooms, both on the ground floor. Bathroom 1 includes a washbasin, shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 includes a washbasin and shower. There is also a separate toilet.

The villa is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The well-maintained garden of approximately 1,200 m² is planted with Mediterranean trees and shrubs. From the living room, French doors open onto a partially covered terrace with a fixed canopy, which can be extended with awnings when needed. A comfortable lounge set invites you to unwind.

Enjoy long al fresco lunches or dinners in the shade of the large olive tree, complemented by the sun sail attached to it. The outdoor dining table seats 8 guests. The BBQ facilities are twofold, with an electric BBQ and a grill plate.

A few steps down lead to the private swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 1.5 m). With its azure-blue water, four sun loungers, a parasol, tall palm trees and a few olive trees, it perfectly captures that South of France holiday feeling.

There is ample on-site parking.

Location, location, location. The villa is just about 10 minutes from the lively centre of Saint-Tropez. With a bicycle rental nearby, you can easily cycle to this iconic village without traffic – a relaxed and practical way to explore the area.

Saint-Tropez hardly needs an introduction. This glamorous destination is known for excellent restaurants, vibrant nightlife and its world-famous marina. On Tuesday and Saturday mornings, the market at Place des Lices is a must, where you can soak up the Provençal atmosphere and pick up local produce.

Gassin is also well worth a visit. This charming hilltop village is considered one of the most beautiful “villages perchés” around the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and offers stunning panoramic views over the vineyards and the bay. Wander through narrow streets, discover small squares, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance from a terrace, just a short distance from the bustle of the coast. Nearby, you’ll also find several wine estates where you can stop for a tasting.

For sporty guests, the bicycle rental also offers road bikes. The hilly landscape around Gassin and Ramatuelle provides beautiful routes and challenging climbs for cyclists.
