Upon entering the villa you will find a spacious ground floor with to the left a modern kitchen and 1 of the 4 bedrooms. To the right is the dining area with the living room located behind it. 

The living room is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style. A luxurious seating area with nice touches of decoration in the living room. The kitchen is modern and boasts high level equipment. Even the most ambitious cook will be pleased. 

Both living room and kitchen offer good views towards the terrace and pool. 

In the sitting area is a large internet TV. WIFI is available. Even in summer the villa is pleasantly cool thanks to the air conditioning.  

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 en-suite and 1 independent bathrooms. Plus 2 independent toilets.

There is 1 bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Bedroom number 2 also offers a en-suite bathroom and bedroom 3 and 4 share an independent  bathroom. There is a separate toilet on this floor.

All beds offer high quality linen. The sizes are king and queen respectively 2x180x200 and 2x160x200.

The high level in terms of style and comfort of the interior are also to be found outside. The beautifully furnished terrace has several seating areas; an XL dining table and luxurious lounge sofas with plenty of lovely cushions. 

There is also a beautiful summer kitchen with Weber Plancha BBQ. 

If you are not enjoying the pool you can either lay on the sun beds by the pool or stay on the partially covered terrace.  From breakfast to drinks before bed what a wonderful place this terrace. From here you overlook the beautiful large pool with behind it the vineyards of Bertaud Belieu. Garden lighting is sufficiently present. A fireplace is present in the living room but you will not need it in the summer. 

The private pool is large (11 x 5 m) and runs from 1.50 to 2.50 m deep. The pool is heated. Around the pool are large stone terraces with sun beds and parasols (2 parasols, 8 sun beds).

The location makes this villa very appealing; a short distance from Saint Tropez and also an appealing distance (20 minutes) from Plage de Pampelonne. 

The famous beaches of Pampelonne offer luxurious and modern beach clubs to enjoy a nice sunny lunch. Once back at your villa, you will enjoy 100% comfort, privacy and serenity.

Saint Tropez really needs no introduction. Good restaurants, a swinging nightlife and the famous port are just some of the features of this fashionable village. Also enjoyable (on Tuesday and Saturday mornings) is the market on the Place des Lices square.
