This spacious villa exudes charm and character, combining an original part built with traditional stone and a newer ochre-colored wing—visible on the left and right in the photos respectively.
The living room is elegantly and tastefully furnished. Two large French doors open onto the L-shaped terrace, offering lovely views of the garden and swimming pool. In the cozy lounge, you'll find a fireplace, a TV with satellite reception (Dutch, French, and German channels), and an audio system. The dining room with a large table is directly connected to the inviting open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including an American-style fridge, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The kitchen also provides direct access to the terrace. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.
The villa offers five bedrooms in total. Two luxurious (master) bedrooms are located in the ochre-colored wing, and three additional bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the stone-built part of the house.
In the ochre-colored section: Bedroom 1: The master suite with a double bed and French doors opening onto the terrace. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Bedroom 2 (on the first floor): Another master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a private balcony.
Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 are located on the first floor of the stone house, accessible via the dining room. These three charming bedrooms share a bathroom with a large bathtub. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds (100x200 cm). Bedroom 5 features a double bed (2x100x200 cm). A baby cot is available.
You reach the house through a remote-controlled gate. The driveway is rather steep, but still easily accessible. There is ample parking space at the front of the house.
To the front of the bastide lies a well-tended garden, carefully designed around mature olive trees, oleanders, and two towering palm trees framing the house. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding hills all the way to the Bay of Cannes. You will fully appreciate it from the large L-shaped terrace, where an inviting wooden table and two parasols call for long al fresco meals and lounging in the sun. A part of the terrace is covered and offers some welcome shade during the hottest hours of the day, when all you want is to leisurely leaf through a good book while sipping on a glass of rosé.
A few steps down take you to the garden and to the beautiful large pool with 6 comfortable sunbeds. The pool can be heated upon request (at an extra cost).
The villa is located 2 km away from the small town of Cabris, where you can enjoy a breath-taking panoramic view of the area, and also find some restaurants and shops. Just a bit further, about 5 km away, is Grasse—the “world capital of perfume”, famous for its centuries-long art of fragrance-making. Grasse is also a lovely historic town with a beautiful old centre and lively flea markets. If you prefer a slightly more sophisticated environment, take a 20-minutes’ drive to Cannes to enjoy all the beach-and-cinema glamour, fabulous shopping areas, and buzzing nightlife.
