This very charming villa boasts a living area of ​​180 m2. The living room on the ground floor is spacious and light. Contemporary colors and materials, including comfortable designer furniture and a modern seating area by the fireplace, provide the villa with a light and warm ambiance.

The villa is fully air-conditioned - except for 1 bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen is an extension of the living room. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, fully-automatic espresso machine and an electric kettle. The terrace at the rear of the kitchen is a particularly nice feature.

From the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the spacious garden, the swimming pool and the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The living room and kitchen provide access to the covered terrace on the garden side of the villa.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. Ground floor (living room level), bedroom 1 offers a double bed (160x200) with an ensuite bathroom (sink, shower and separate toilet). Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (180x200) and an ensuite bathroom (sink and shower). These bedrooms are both equipped with air conditioning.

On the 1st floor; bedroom 3 offers a double bed (180x200) and an ensuite bathroom (sink and shower). Because of the nice balcony and the super view of Saint Tropez, we call this the master bedroom for convenience. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have two single beds (2x90x200). Both share the 4th bathroom (sink, shower, bath and separate toilet). Bedrooms 3 and 4 have air conditioning.

It's good to know that the bathrooms of this villa are being renovated this winter, while preserving the Provençal charm. Before the start of the season, we will revisit the villa for a new photoshoot.

This could easily be considered one of the most impressive entrances to a Domaine in our entire portfolio. The grand entrance is marked by a large automatic gate, welcoming you to this exquisite Domaine. As you pass through the gate, a beautiful well-maintained Domaine unfolds before you, guiding your way to the villa. You'll conveniently park your car under the carport. Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by the breathtaking view of the garden and swimming pool, with Saint Tropez in the distance, all visible through the inviting French doors that extend from the living room.

French doors seamlessly connect the living room to the terrace. At the heart of this terrace lies a comfortable lounge set, while under the covered area with a built-in BBQ, a large dining table with seating for 10 awaits. This spot is perfect for shaded lunches and dinners. 

Access to the lower-level swimming pool is provided via an easily navigable staircase that winds through the charming garden. The pool measures approximately 11 x 4.5 meters. To maintain crystal-clear and clean pool water, an electrolysis pump is used, resulting in water with a subtly salty feel, offering a softer and clearer experience compared to a chlorine-treated pool. Surrounding the pool area are comfortable sunbeds and two umbrellas.

A delightful feature is the dining table discreetly nestled within the lush greenery, offering a tranquil and shaded spot for al fresco dining. Additionally, an outdoor shower is available. The property offers parking space for up to three cars, all within the fully enclosed and securely protected grounds.

From the villa, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes where 2 restaurants (Le Pingouin Bleu and Plage Les Gabians) offer lunch with your feet in the sand!

The villa is officially located on the well-secured Domaine du Golf in Grimaud, but you are probably more oriented towards the closer Sainte Maxime.

Sainte Maxime is a lively village with many terraces, restaurants and nice shops. Beautiful wide sandy beaches including the beautiful beach of Plage La Nartelle. There are several good beach clubs here, where you can also dine al fresco until late in the evening in the summer. A fun thing to do is cycling - there are excellent cycle paths - to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime. Or how about cycling to the boulangerie in the morning (<10 minutes) for a delicious breakfast or cappuccino? Bicycles can be rented in Sainte Maxime.

We recommend taking the ferry (departure from the port of Sainte Maxime) to Saint Tropez. In the morning to the large and pleasant Provencal market on Place des Lices and for lunch to one of the popular beach clubs. Always make a reservation. For the ultimate jet-set feeling, order a taxi boat that will pick you up at the private beach of Beauvallon.
