The living room is spacious and comfortably furnished with various designer furniture. There is also a second separate seating area next to the dining room. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the garden, swimming pool and Gulf of Saint Tropez. The living room is air-conditioned.

In terms of entrtainment, there is a large (height-adjustable) Samsung TV fully prepared for streaming and a Bose bluetooth speaker. There are also extra TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Plus the villa boasts a complete Philips Hue lighting system. 

Adjacent to the living room is the dining room close to the luxury kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, hob, Nespresso and kettle. 

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

On ground floor. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed 180x200. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed 160x200. Bedroom 3 offers two single beds 90x200. These bedrooms use 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and the 2 separate W.C.'s. 

On the 1st floor; Bedroom 4 offers a double bed 180x200. Bedroom 5 offers two single beds 90 x 200. These bedrooms use the bathroom on this floor, also with 1 separate W.C. 

We are very much impressed by the garden and the swimming pool. The garden is neatly maintained and the sheared olive trees stand beautifully in the greenery. 

And the swimming pool...... it consists of 2 levels/parts. The upper part is a so-called plage pool (5.5 x 4.5 m) which is ideal for younger children. The depth runs from 10 cm to 50 cm. Also very nice for adults, of course. The lower pool with 9 x 4.5 m and is the deeper pool. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with luxury loungers and parasols. 

There are several terraces with luxury lounge furniture. Another lovely spot is the pergola-covered terrace at the side of the villa. Here there is also a large outdoor dining table. 

Grimaud is a distinctive medieval village with narrow streets, natural stone façades and charming squares. From the higher parts of the village you can enjoy beautiful views over the hills and towards the coast. By the sea lies Port Grimaud, renowned for its canals, little bridges and colourful houses. This unique harbour town is ideal for a stroll along the water or a drink on a terrace.

In the immediate area you will find a variety of sandy beaches and sheltered coves. The coastline around Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime is well suited to both relaxed beach days and more active time by the sea. With plenty of amenities and beach establishments, it is easy to spend the day in comfort.

For water and sports enthusiasts there are many options. In the bay and along the coast you can, depending on conditions, enjoy (wind)surfing and surfing, as well as stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing and snorkelling. In addition, several locations offer boat hire and guided excursions along the coast.

The region is also highly attractive for cyclists. You can easily ride towards the Massif des Maures, where routes take you through pine forests, past vineyards and along gently rolling roads. There are options for both leisurely rides and more challenging routes with elevation.

Provence is known for its wine estates and local gastronomy. Nearby you can visit wineries for tastings and purchase local wines directly. There are also markets, bistros and restaurants where regional produce and Mediterranean flavours take centre stage—ideal for those who wish to experience the region through its cuisine as well.

Saint-Tropez is approximately a 25-minute drive away and makes an excellent day trip. Stroll around the harbour, visit boutiques and galleries, or enjoy lunch on a terrace. For a quieter alternative, the surrounding villages and viewpoints in the area are also well worth exploring.
