The villa's cosy living room is located on the ground floor and is stylishly and tastefully decorated. The living room has a seating area with modern comfy sofas and armchairs, TV, a round dining table with 6 chairs. Very nice is the fully "hidden" glass front in the walls of the living room, through which the living room "flows" into the terrace outside. 

The kitchen, also accessible from outside which is handy for shopping, is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and a kitchen table. 

The kids will certainly appreciate the separate TV room. The TV room located in the basement offers a home cinema set. Netflix streaming prepared and with DVD player. Perfect for a movie night. There is a very good internet connection in the villa. 

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom which is located in the turret. The bed is double 2x90x190. Bedroom 2 also offers a double bed 2x90x190. Bedroom 3 offers in addition to the double bed (160x200) a nice extra in the form of the balcony from where beautiful views of Saint Tropez. (Perhaps this is the master bedroom?). The 4th bedroom is on the side of the villa. Here too there is a nice double bed (2x90x200). Nice feature is the 5 x 3 m roof terrace with 2 nice beach chairs. There is no separate closet in this 4th bedroom to hang or store clothes.

There are 2 bathrooms both located on the 1st floor. Bathroom 1 is equipped with a bathtub, sink and a separate shower. Bathroom 2 has a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

The villa is located on generous private grounds of 2900 m2. Very nice is that you can walk to the beach, only 350 m. There is a tunnel under the coastal road and as a resident of the domaine Beauvallon you have private access to a beach closed to the public. Ideal!

The natural stone terrace at the front of the living room has beautiful outdoor furniture; a lounge area and dining table for 6. From where you can enjoy a beautiful view towards Saint Tropez. By fully opening the garden doors from the living room, you can also enjoy the outdoors inside. The large Weber gas BBQ can almost be called a small outdoor kitchen, very nice. 

The lower pool is private and accessible via stairs from the terrace. The size of the pool is 11 x 5 m and its depth is 1.4 m. There is a lovely sun terrace with seating and sun loungers with parasol. There is also an outdoor shower. All surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. 

Good to know; for the little ones, there is a partition on the terrace making it possible to close off access to the pool via the stairs if desired. 

At this villa, the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means the water feels slightly salty. Compared to a chlorine pool, the water feels softer and is brighter in colour. 100% safe for your skin and your swimwear. 

A fun game for young and old and a must-do if you are in the South of France is petanque. You will find the boules court (15 x 3 m) parallel to the swimming pool. There is also a table tennis table.

The villa is officially located on the Domaine Beauvallon, Grimaud but you are probably more oriented towards nearby Sainte Maxime. 

Sainte Maxime is a lively village with many terraces, restaurants and nice shops. Beautiful wide sandy beaches including the lovely Plage La Nartelle beach. There are several good beach clubs here, where you can also dine al fresco until late in the summer. 

Another fun thing to do is cycling - there are excellent cycle paths - to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime. Bikes can be rented in Sainte Maxime. 

The medieval village of Grimaud is definitely worth a visit. Higher up on a hill, Grimaud offers panoramic views of the clear blue bay of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The chic village is also known for its well-kept beautiful town villas in the narrow medieval streets and its castle ruins.

We highly recommend taking the ferry (leaving from Sainte Maxime harbour) to Saint Tropez. In the morning, go to the large and very cosy Provençal market on Place des Lices and for lunch to one of the popular beach clubs. Always make reservations, though. For the ultimate jet-set feeling, order a taxi boat to pick you up at the private Beauvallon beach.
