Boasting 270 m2 of living space, it is very spacious indeed. We are impressed by the high quality of furnishings both indoors and outdoors. The open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The worktop is XL, and between the living room and the open kitchen is a beautiful dining table with 8 comfortable seats.

There are 4 luxury bedrooms, all with luxurious bathrooms and air conditioning. The layout is as follows: There are 2 bedrooms at living level, entrance, and pool, and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor.

All bedrooms offer a luxurious queen-size bed (160x200), are equipped with a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and also a private toilet. The bathrooms are luxuriously finished in beautiful natural stone. The beds are equipped with luxurious linens.

We are impressed by the panoramic view that this villa offers. Large sliding glass doors connect the living room and open kitchen with the spacious terrace. From here, you have a view of Saint Tropez across the bay of Saint Tropez.

The luxurious and modern lounge set on the terrace is a nice place for a fresh espresso in the morning sun and in the evening to enjoy an aperitif in the shade. The generous dining table on the covered terrace completes the outdoor living feel. The table seats 8 people, providing a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or an extensive dinner. A BBQ is available.

Especially remarkable is the XL pool house with jacuzzi. Can you imagine yourself already enjoying it? From the jacuzzi with a glass of cool rosé in hand, enjoying the sunny view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. You can listen to music via the Sonos system.

The pool (10 x 3 m). Of course, there are plenty of luxury sun loungers. Shade is available in the pool house with its generous seating area, where you can enjoy the tranquility, privacy, and panoramic view.

The garden is generous with its 2500 m2 and offers various lawns, terraces, and a boules court. There is parking for 2 cars. The villa is located in a small-scale exclusive estate with its own gated entrance.

The villa is officially located on the Domaine Beauvallon in Grimaud, but you may be more oriented towards the nearby Sainte Maxime.

Sainte Maxime is a lively village with many terraces, restaurants, and charming shops. Beautiful wide sandy beaches including the lovely Plage La Nartelle beach. Here you'll find several good beach clubs where you can also dine al fresco until late in the summer. About a kilometer away from the villa, there's a beach with a sailing club.

Cycling is also a great activity - there are well-maintained bike paths - to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime. Bikes can be rented in Sainte Maxime.

The medieval village of Grimaud is definitely worth a visit. Situated higher up on a hill, Grimaud offers panoramic views of the clear blue bay of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The chic village is also known for its well-maintained beautiful town villas in the narrow medieval streets and the castle ruins.

We recommend taking the ferry (departing from the port of Sainte Maxime) to Saint Tropez. In the morning, visit the large and lively Provençal market on Place des Lices and for lunch, head to one of the popular beach clubs. Always remember to make a reservation. For the ultimate jet-set feeling, you can order a water taxi to pick you up at the private beach of Beauvallon.
