The villa consists of three floors. You enter on the level living room, terrace and swimming pool. The living room is tastefully decorated in Ibiza style with a lot of attention to art, color and comfort. Because the terrace sliding doors disappear into the wall, the inside is directly connected to the outside, the terrace.

The living room has a comfortable sitting area and a large fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen from where you also have access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, separate freezer, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 is located on the living and terrace level, and has a double bed (2x90x210) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. French doors give direct access to the spacious terrace.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the first floor. Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds (2x90x210). French doors provide access to a spacious private balcony. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (2x90x210). Here too, patio doors provide access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the lower floor. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (2x90x210). French doors provide access to a small terrace. Bedroom 5 has a double bed (2x90x210). These bedrooms share the fourth bathroom with double shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The villa is located on a spacious private area of ​​1,800 m2 in a quiet residential area. Due to its higher location, the terrace and both balconies offer a spectacular view of the surroundings, including the castle ruins of Grimaud and the bay of Saint Tropez.

From the living room, kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor you have access to the spacious terrace with south orientation. This is undoubtedly where you will spend most of your time. Directly adjacent to the living room is the covered part of the terrace with the dining table.

The heated private swimming pool (8 x 4.5 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with luxurious sun loungers and parasols. The pool has a depth of 2.60 m and can be covered with a hard cover.

The villa is a short distance from the medieval fortified town of Grimaud. The village is known for its impressive ruins and medieval streets with some good restaurants. Well worth a visit!

Port Grimaud offers various water sports options, such as water skiing and windsurfing. Saint Tropez is about a 25 minute drive from the villa.
