Adjacent is the atmospheric dining room, which offers direct access to the covered terrace with dining table — a wonderful place for long lunches and stylish dinners with a view.

Bedroom 4, on the lower floor. This bedroom features a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and WC). Equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

Additionally, on this level you will find a sauna with shower and a spacious relaxation area with a pool table — ideal for quiet moments or enjoyable evenings in the villa.

In the South of France, outdoor living takes centre stage, and in this villa you can enjoy it in complete comfort. Several terraces furnished with luxurious outdoor furniture invite you to find the perfect spot in the sun or shade at any time of day. Whether you are inside the house, on the terrace, or by the pool, you are always accompanied by the beautiful view.

From the living and dining area, you can easily step out onto the covered terrace. Here, you will find a generous dining table with seating for eight — a wonderful place for a sunny breakfast, a leisurely lunch, or an atmospheric dinner in the shade. A barbecue is, of course, also at your disposal for long summer evenings in good company.

The spacious 10 x 4 metre swimming pool is located one level below and offers a wonderful place to completely unwind. The villa offers parking for four cars on the fully enclosed and well-secured grounds. In the garage, you will also find a charging point for your electric car.

The villa is officially located on the Domaine Beauvallon, Grimaud, but you are probably more focused on the nearby Sainte Maxime.

Sainte Maxime is a lively seaside resort with many terraces, restaurants and nice shops. Very popular are the wide sandy beaches at Plage de La Nartelle. Here you will find several good beach clubs, where you can enjoy al fresco dining until late in the summer.

Also fun to do is cycling - there are excellent cycle paths - to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime. Bicycles can be rented in Sainte Maxime.

Grimaud, the medieval village is worth a visit. Situated higher on a hill, Grimaud offers panoramic views of the clear blue bay of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The village is also known for its well-maintained beautiful town villas in the narrow medieval streets and of course for the castle ruins.

It is very nice to take the ferry (departure from the port of Sainte Maxime) to Saint Tropez. On Tuesday and Saturday morning there is a large and pleasant Provencal market on Place des Lices. Then for lunch to one of the popular beach clubs. A nice day trip. Always book the restaurant or beach club.

Golf enthusiasts are only two minutes away from the 18-hole golf course of the Beauvallon Golf Club. On this technically challenging course, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the bay of Saint Tropez.
