This beautiful modern villa offers all the comfort you need and is a villa with international allure. Space, luxury, classic design and exclusive materials characterize this particular villa. This villa belongs to the top segment in the exclusive Grimaud.
As soon as you step through the impressive entrance you immediately realize that this is a special villa. The spaciousness and tranquility that the entrance shows is exemplary for the entire villa. On the right of the entrance you find the very spacious living (95 m2) with a view of the garden, the pool and, in the distance, the lights of Saint Tropez. The living is spacious and light. Luxurious seatings offer the highest comfort. The entire villa is air conditioned.
On the left of the main entrance hall you have access to the other rooms on the ground floor. First you will find the library, which could remind you of a Gentleman's Club in London, but in a private version. Then you go to the dining room and finally enter the very professionally equipped kitchen.
There are 4 luxury spacious suites with en-suite bathrooms. On the fist floor there are 3 suites ranging in size from 60-90 m2. The 4th suite is located on the ground floor. From the entrance hall you reach the first floor via a beautiful stone staircase. The staircase leads to the corridor on the first floor.
On the right you find suite 1, the master bedroom. The suite features a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and a beautifully designed large double bed (220 x 220). On the left you find suites 2 and 3. Suite 2 also has a balcony and an en-suite bathroom and a double bed (200 x 200). Suite 3 has a large double bed (210 x 200).
Suite 4 is located in the basement. A beautiful spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a private covered terrace with luxurious garden furniture and a double bed measures (200x180). The en-suite bathroom is spacious and luxurious like all bathrooms in this villa.
In addition to the suites, there are 2 bedrooms in the guesthouse. The guesthouse is located at short distance from the villa. To rent the guesthouse an additional charge is applicable. (See price list below). The guesthouse consists of a small living, a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. There is a smaller kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The guesthouse is less luxurious than the main house.
