Le Grand Vallon

This impressive villa in the Grimaud area sits firmly in the top tier. The combination of generous proportions, tranquillity, premium materials and a classic-modern interior gives the property a rare international feel—seldom found on the Côte d’Azur.

From the moment you step into the grand entrance, it is clear this is no ordinary holiday home. The spacious reception hall exudes understated luxury and provides a stylish gateway to the rest of the villa.

To the right of the hall you will find the expansive living room of approximately 95 m². Large windows flood the space with natural light and frame beautiful views of the garden, the swimming pool and—further in the distance—the sparkling bay of Saint-Tropez. The seating is comfortable and carefully selected. Naturally, the entire villa is air-conditioned.

On the other side of the hall there is an atmospheric library in classic style, followed by an elegant dining room and a professionally equipped kitchen. The kitchen features high-end appliances and offers plenty of space for those who love cooking and entertaining.

The villa offers  3 spacious suites, 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Suite 1, on the first floor, has a private balcony, a bed (200 x 200 cm) and a very luxurious bathroom.

Suite 2, on the first floor, features a double bed (210 x 200 cm) and an elegant en-suite bathroom.

Suite 3, located on the lower level, has a particularly warm and inviting atmosphere. It offers direct access to a covered private terrace with luxury outdoor furniture. The bed measures (200 x 180 cm). This suite also has a spacious, beautifully finished bathroom.

Guest house. A short distance from the main villa, the separate guest house is ideal for extra privacy. It comprises two bedrooms, a living area, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. While the guest house is slightly simpler in style than the main villa (the bar is exceptionally high), our on-site impression is that it is very comfortably appointed.

Bedroom 4, in the guest house, has a double bed (200 x 180 cm). The bathroom (basins, shower and toilet) is shared with Bedroom 5.

The villa accommodates 6 guests. Including the guest house, the property is suitable for 10 guests.

Villa Le Grand Vallon is set on 13.000 m2 private grounds. The combination of the spacious private pool, the beautiful flat lawns and the large grounds provide every opportunity for recreation and relaxation.

The covered terrace, directly on the side of the living area, offers a wonderful shaded place with luxurious garden furniture. A lovely place for lounging, drinking coffee or reading a book. From this terrace you have a complete view of the pool and a beautiful view of the gulf of Saint Tropez.

The XL pool measures 12.5 x 6.5 m. And features a poolhouse with shaded seating area. On the short side of the pool there are comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas waiting for you.

Also very nice is the large dining table on the covered terrace at the kitchen. A third sitting area is located on the large pebble terrace by the patio doors of the hall and living. There is a private terrace by the 4th suite.

The well maintained and also extensive garden is very impressive. The sheer volume, the lawns, combined with large forests hydrangeas, lavender and boxwood, are a pleasure for the eye.

Besides all the space and privacy, the location of the villa is its major charm. It is located in the triangle Grimaud, Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime. All these places are well accessible. The proximity to the beach at Port Grimaud is also a plus. 

Arrival at this villa is also possible on a different day than the Friday. From Monday till Friday housekeeping will be available from 09:00 to 15:00. Breakfast can be organised for you on these days.

Option Guesthouse 

The option to rent the guesthouse or not (see also the price list) applies only to bookings outside the high season. A reservation in July and August always includes the studio. The high season price listed is inclusive of the guesthouse.

If you travel with more than 8 people outside the high season, the guesthouse will be automatically added with an extra charge. If you travel with fewer than 8 people but still wish to book the guesthouse, this can be done for an additional fee. Please contact our service desk for prices and availability.
