Les Pommiers

This single storey villa oozes charm. The cozy living room features comfortable and luxurious furniture and provides access to the covered terrace. Adjacent to the living room is a semi-separate dining area.

The separate kitchen (and utility room) is located at the rear of the villa. The modern open kitchen is equipped with various appliances including a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, and microwave. The utility room contains the washing machine and dryer/storage.

The villa features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 W.C.'s. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 each have a luxury double bed (180x200) and air conditioning. The en-suite bathrooms for bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a shower and sink, while the en-suite bathroom for bedroom 3 features a double sink, bathtub, shower, and W.C.

Bedroom 4 features a double bed 160x200. This bedroom has a bathroom in the hallway (shower, sink, and toilet).

Rarely do we see such an inviting and pleasant garden as at Villa Les Pommiers. Beautiful greenery with a lovely combination of terracotta orange. There is a lovely covered terrace directly adjacent to the living room, offering a view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

The outdoor furniture is luxurious and abundant. There is a lounge set and two dining tables, and of course, there are comfortable sunbeds by the pool.

The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is nicely sheltered. The depth is 2 meters at the deepest point. An outdoor shower is available.

The villa is located in the well-secured and exclusive Domaine du Bartole in Grimaud. The medieval village of Grimaud is definitely worth a visit. Situated higher on a hill, Grimaud offers panoramic views of the clear blue bay of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The chic village is also known for its well-maintained beautiful town villas in the narrow medieval streets and the castle ruins.

During your stay in the villa, you may be more oriented towards nearby Sainte Maxime, which is a lively village with many terraces, restaurants, and nice shops. Beautiful wide sandy beaches, including the lovely Plage La Nartelle, can be found here. There are several good beach clubs where you can enjoy al fresco dining until late in the evening during the summer. Just over a kilometer from the villa, there is a beach with a sailing club.

It is also fun to cycle - there are excellent bike paths - to Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime. Bicycles can be rented in Sainte Maxime.

In fact, a day at the beach in Ramatuelle or a day of shopping in Saint Tropez is a "must" for any holiday in the South of France.
